lol. Chef Boyardee. I laugh, but I lived on Beefaroni when I was recently sick. Actually, it's not as hard as you might think. All you need are fresh pasta sheets (you can buy them at many grocery stores), a cookie cutter and ingredients for the filling (generally pumpkin, parmesan cheese, egg yolk, nutmeg & salt). Cut the sheets (round or square, your choice) with a border around big enough to seal the ends. Put a dab of filling in the middle. Make sure to seal it well with an egg wash and by pressing down all around (crucial to prevent it from opening while cooking). Cook them for 3-5 minutes. When done, you can then toss them in a simple brown butter sauce, and top it off with some freshly grated parmesan cheese. Absolutely wonderful.
