Is this the same board as the hobie recon?

No, but the Hobie Recon is nearly a clone of this (the Blackfin Model XL). There are a few minor differences in features, and in our bend test the Recon was not quite as stiff (1.57" of bend for the Recon vs 1.0" of bend for the Model XL)

1- have you tried vibe cubera 120 lite ?? If yes what do you think
2- irocker blackfin xl vs vibe cubera 120 lite vs isle switch, can you short list to 2 only ?

Unfortunately i have not used the Cubera. However, from what I can tell from their website, it seems to be a very basic construction. The board weight vs size is very low (which indicates less material), the website lists no real details about the construction (an orange flag IMO), and there are no additional reinforcing elements visible.
I would go with the known top performers - the Blackfin XL and Isle Switch. They are both great on the water, built well, and make excellent fishing SUPs
