we need jail time for official oppression, denervation of rights, and abuse of a vulnerable person for all involved. They don't have qualified immunity. They did this to this child as punishment for being and inconvenience and they need to be jailed.
My daughter was taken from us by dcs 4 years ago , They lied to the judge saying we was neglecting our daughter, While she was in dcs custody my daughter was beaten and punched, slapped, in the dcs custody, My daughter is autistic. She's now 18 and she has nightmares on what happen to her because being in dcs custody.
I am a single mother of a 26 year old autistic nonverbal son, he has been aggressive toward me for years and we cannot get any help, it's horrific that in the US we can't get care, good and safe care for our vulnerable loved ones😢
Our daughter was like this but unfortunately was a bit older. Short of it is, she ended up in state prison (ny) because the group home couldn't handle her. Six months later, dies in state prison. That's the end of this sad tale. No lawsuits, no accountability. Just our dead child and business as usual.
@@dirtfarmer7070 I'm so sorry for everything you, your family and especially your child have had to deal with. It shouldn't have happened and the pain you're left with it is probably immeasurable. Bless you hun, you're in my thoughts and I hope some how you can find something positive to put your pain into.
I’m so sorry. I just found out tonight that our story was online. I wish there was something I could do to help other families from having to go through Hell with DCS. I thought sharing was a good first step.
@christinewebster189 Sharing was a great first step. Had my own battles with this agency & would also like to help anyone is faced with dealing with them. There are groups online/fb (there are SO MANY) that are geared towards sharing/helping. The thing that hinders progress is the lack of organization. When I was a newbie, I had asked another mother why parents didn't get together and fight all of this. "You try assembling a bunch of broken parents and let me know how it works out for you". She had also shared that parents usually came out of their dealings with dcs in 1 of 3 ways: ¹If using alcohol/drugs, they'd become worse off in their addiction(s). ²If they weren't already an addict, they became one. ³Suicide. Her story was a sad one indeed. She had 3 youngsters that were taken. She did everything & more from her case plan. DCS didn't care, terminated her parental rights, and her babies were adopted out. When I interviewed potential attorneys, they all pretty much said the same things the next one did: "We don't take dcs cases because they always win". They've [dcs] been abolished/rebranded in 2017. And that they felt bad for anyone that ever had to deal with them because children were almost always "worse off in dcs care - even if they had had two addicts for parents". My case wasn't par for the course, or so I was told by my so-called "advocate" in juvenile court. I didn't have abuse or dependency issues. DCS programs were suggested to me by my son's HS counselor because my son had behavioral issues. These issues stemmed from trauma our family suffered when he was age 5, 10 years prior to anything dcs. My late hubby was murdered, and since we had just been on the phone with him (our son heard the beginning of this altercation), the call dropped, pocket dial rang us again...and I heard what I later found out to be the rest of his time in this realm. There is more to this story of course, I will come back to finish in a bit. Life calls...
I feel bad for parents that have kids like this but the reality is the ppl that work at schools especially public schools are old ladies and the parents know that they endure abuse from the kids. there is a mother on tik tok that gets beat up by her atuistic son. Pll will rather watch a old lady get beat than to actually help the situation. they act so helpless like no let the kid beat ppl. u know ur kid.

1:13 I rather you say that my child couldn't ride the bus anymore instead if you restrainting my kid
I have autism, so does my daughter. All I can say is we are a society or morons. Humanity had failed us. Pathetic.
What was the name of the DCS employee that started all of this? Publish it.
@@sleze Her name is Tina Canale.
