And that position is 'money damages of the magnitude at issue here today are very significant. So significant that the only possible recourse when faced with this kind of loss of money is to hire the best lawyer you can find and fight it just as hard as any condemned murderer will fight to avoid the needle. He believes this matters. It matters a great deal. There is nothing that confronts him in his life this very moment, and since long before this litigation began, that is as important to him as not having to suffer reaching into his own pocket to make his victim whole. His real position is that this injury to his pocketbook is so severe that it's worth sauntering into court today and having the cheek to look you in the eye and represent falsely to you that no one should think it's anything other trivial and having the arrogance to think that you're stupid enough to buy it. His actions and his words are not aligned. And it is by his fruits that you shall know him, not by his ability to use words to dupe you into disbelieving your lying eyes. If you think it's a big deal, then you should return a verdict for the damages at issue because inflicting that sort of substantial damage on someone is so big a deal that it can't be left uncorrected. If he's persuaded you that it's no big deal, then you should still find those damages and award them because, after all, even if you make a mistake by ordering those damages be paid you don't have to worry about because any error you might make will be a trivial one. And we know, then, that he won't be in the slightest bit put out if you do to him what he did to me because, as he pretends reality to be, it's so trivial an issue that if one has inflicted on him, one would be wrong to feel aggrieved by it. That is, either you must award those damages because it's truly serious. Or you should do it just to be safe because you can make the plaintiff whole and be virtually assured that you do it at a cost to this defendant that, by his own lights, that is so tiny that its being done is indistinguishable from its not being done at all. That is, your awarding these damages is a state of the world that is for all practical purposes the same as not awarding them. Well, if he wants to maintain that, you can make him almost as happy by forcing him to pay up as you could make him by not forcing him to pay up. So, either he deserves to be hit with this substantial cost because of the magnitude of the harm and the need to discourage future substantial abuses he might otherwise consider visiting upon his next victim and thus he'll be giving some very stiff medicine so that he'll learn his lesson. Or, it's so practically trivial that making him pay up is a situation about which, by his own telling, no reasonable person could ever even plausibly have an objection to and everyone would be irrational to complain about. That, practically, they should as happy about losing that amount of money as they would be with losing no money at all. Thank you for your time and attention, ladies and gentlemen of the jury.'

Dr Binder is nothing like he is on YT. I saw him a few times, he was super rushed, barely had the strength to adjust me, barely any eye contact, and the ring dinger was what he defaulted to each visit.. it left my back feeling loose, unstable, and odd for a few months after. I got some mid back muscle spasms as a result, and decided not to go back. I can say this bc this was MY experience and I spent ALOT of money to see him! He did NONE of what he does on his YT to me. I highly highly doubt ANYONE was threatening him. He may have embellished, wanted the video taken down more than likely….🤷🏻♀️
That guy is a creep!!! And thats just that. He needs to get some tougher skin if he's going to keep posting his videos on the internet, its called freedom of speech and you shouldn't have to apologize for your thoughts, opinions and comments.
He's such a creep. I don't care if the sound is real or not. He's making a mockery of chiropractic medicine. He can't prove who's trolling. And frankly anyone can say just about anything non threatening that they want to say.
Yeah, I have had a ring dinger from a different practitioner and that is exactly what it sounds like. Thank you for admitting you were wrong on this one!
All the talk about some of his stuff being theater and carnival tricks I think probably, got into his crawl. I believe Binder thinks of himself as having ascended from chiropractic work although he does do it, to actually being a shaman or a yogi. I think that’s why he rings the bell. He thinks of himself as some type of Chinese, hierarchical healer. Did he happen to mention anything about those being actual patients and not hired actresses or just people, hired in general?
No. He has two chiropractic channels. Both show chiropractic care but one of them he makes designed towards the people who enjoy ASMR along with the adjustments. Bit more tapping, more microphones set up kind of thing
You shouldn't have to apologize for your reaction video. He's insecure and scared his viewers are gonna find out. Seems weird someone would threaten him and his family over a video reaction. He's a groper and cops a feel. You got it right.
Even a layman, such as myself, finds some of his professional interactions ethically questionable. If he is publishing his treatments it is 100% up to him to be mentally awake and morally straight.
No need to apologize to him and for a reminder, if he tries to sue you, he thanked you for reacting to his video in the comments of your video. So from a legal defense standpoint, he clearly had no issue with your content, only the follow up comments from people that are out of your control and now trying to hold you responsible for their words.
I really enjoy Dr. B's videos, and I like his take on many things. I've subscribed for many years as an eye opener to an experience beyond the BS I received from my Chiros. I appreciate your criticism, and can see the reasonings and understand the justifications. There are things I notice that are 'fan service' oriented, and beyond the normal scope of care that I would ever expect to receive as a patient. But they are also videos I don't feel comfortable sharing with my family to showcase what a Chiropractic experience would be. I.e., my Papa would align with your practice a heck of a lot more, and my brother would rather send his daughter's to your practice as well. But from an ASMR perspective, Dr. B has it nailed and the platform serves it well. A lot of people just want to hate or jump to conclusions or fuel pettiness. I'm just here for the ride, and I appreciate your videos and the thoughtful reactions. Thank you!
This video may literally be my fault lol.. I alerted Binder to your video and he went nuts about it... told me he made an "hour long response video in front of a green screen".... apparently never posted it though
@@nashvilleneckback I don't like drama pissing contests.. but I asked him if he could address the paid models / sexual harassment stuff... neither he nor this "apology" video addressed it... this vid seems to suggest he admitted to paying models though
Kudos for making an apology video. Lots of people wouldn't do that. I do not think your intent was to slander this guy but comment sections are tricky. Some believe that slander/libel or threats do not apply when it comes to comment sections.
Wouldn't be too concerned about getting sued. The last thing he wants is his treatment of this patient to be peer reviewed or subject to regulatory scrutiny. It would cost him too much money and few, if any, attorneys would represent him on a contingency basis in a defamation suit.
He is doing his videos, you are doing yours. Actually I like both for different reason, but he should stop being such a p...y. No need for any apologies, even if most of us will assume now that the reason has to do with some lawyers threats. And by the way, there is an old saying: hit dogs bark.
Imagine if a female chiropractor had a Ytube channel featuring ONLY younger muscular males conducting the same "type" of presentation. The guy (Dr. B€nd€r) has created his own problems by clearly presenting himself to be unprofessional. Sadly, the guy is obviously skilled Its all about the clicks $$
Mrs Binder ( if there is one) should be the one upset because her husband is a little creepy. Dudes weird plain n simple, and yes shame on him for the fake patients.
Hilarious. His videos are made to look like a regular chiropractic visit, unusually attractive patients or not. So he's got you to issue a statement denying the fakeness of his videos, which admits the fakeness of his videos.
When I was researching chiropractic, his Chiropractic Medicine videos came into my feed, and I thought they were legitimate chiropractic sessions-not ASMR with models. I genuinely those videos were examples of his practice, and I was a bit flummoxed. If he puts the acronym, ASMR, on the video (and not just a caption), it could possibly clarify some things for his audience and make life easier for him. I’m sorry he is injured by your reaction, and I hope he accepts your apology.
@@nashvilleneckback Imagine if you had a kid "well son I went to school so I could help people but I make my money making fun of people, so I guess the only people I help is myself. You sir are no healer, obviously.
So he can only sue for slander or libel if you lied. If what you said was true, he cannot sue. There's also room for you to have an opinion...even a professional opinion. You took the high road and apologized. I would seek the advice of an attorney on doing these types of videos. I would probably put a disclaimer at the beginning of the videos that these are only your opinions and not known to be fact.
You heavily implied he was performing unethical treatment and now you're coming back and apologizing like he overreacted? Creating a reaction video where you roll your eyes, look at the camera like what he was doing is complete theater, and talking trash was your idea, so nice work buddy.
It is a bit sad that TH-cam is not quite "free speech" place... Man, you are making honest reactions and people are calling your office to complain what the hell is this shit...That guys is quite insecure if he feels threatened by a small channel.
Your comment section is full of toxic minwits. Of course they went and bothered him after you trashed him, like I'm sure they went and bothered everyone else you've trash talked. Good job on avoiding a lawsuit, though.
I can't watch his videos they make me uncomfortable, he is really handsy, one I watched he was rubbing a girls back and whistling and making voices, sounds like someone doesn't like being called out
I haven't seen your reaction video yet, but I watch his videos. It seems like he pushes the limits in his videos for clicks. I have watched for a couple of years and have seen the progression. I think it's sad that many YT chiros use so much sexuality in their videos (mostly clothing, angles, and touching). I enjoy watching them, but not for those reasons. Many of them give a strange impression of what a chiropractic appointment looks like! Like the fact that you don't need to wear yoga apparel to get adjusted!
Because YT is a good way to make extra money and it doesn’t take him too long to react to videos Most chiropractors only work a few hours a day anyways. Their hours are 3-4 hours in the morning and a few in the afternoon. This guy has time 😂
I used to live in the same town as Dr. Binder. Considering how butt hurt he got about the reaction video, he reminds me of the typical central PA tightwad.
The hardest part of making reaction videos if you're a professional you notice stuff. If you mean the man who really really undressed the girls butt little to far. And indeed i watch you're video for fun not to troll anyone. Why take people every thing so serious. Hope you make a other reaction video. And people be respect and don't treat someone you never meet. Good job that you apologize for the stuff you can apologize for
I mean.....you did create this fire by making insinuations on a video about him and his work when you didn't have to do that. He was minding his own business and you weren't. Your fanbots are going to talk shit about him because they want to stir the pot for a good show... that's who they are and probably have nothing else better to do but you're better than that Doc. It's cool to make reaction videos of other Chiropractors questioning their styles or methods and poking fun but when you start insinuating that he or she is a creep or that their patients are fake without any proof or evidence...its not cool. You come across as a hater of a fellow chiropractor who's desperate for views.
Your argument falls on itself a bit, as his stance is that Dr. B "didn't have to do that" in his practices and thus, the reaction and criticism that was given. Promoting your business is not minding your own business. There is certainly a form of fan service played out on both sides that is healthy to criticize. And as a professional, he surely has the position to notice legitimacy or unprofessional behavior when it comes to approaching methodologies.
Was he just as creepy in the other videos you checked out? Imagine calling another grown man’s work place because you’re upset at what he said about you online. (Doc called his followers simps 😂)

The funny thing is he is so fake. Especially his pulse reading bs and such. Let him cry about it and seethe over it. It's sad and funny that people also think it's real.
I think you’ve nailed it. He gets mega clicks from the TH-cam tribe and someone was calling him on it.
Out come the lawyers to pick on the tone and some of the wording not the actual content
He may have embellished, wanted the video taken down more than likely….🤷🏻♀️
not surprising in the least
That guy is a creep!!! And thats just that. He needs to get some tougher skin if he's going to keep posting his videos on the internet, its called freedom of speech and you shouldn't have to apologize for your thoughts, opinions and comments.
He's such a creep. I don't care if the sound is real or not. He's making a mockery of chiropractic medicine. He can't prove who's trolling. And frankly anyone can say just about anything non threatening that they want to say.
Oh hush you have no idea what you’re talking about
@@dominicspooner4266 ohhhhhhh. You told me don't you. How WEIRD. 🤣🤣🤣
@@Tracywhited2still don't know what you're talking about.
don't be a creep and you won't be called out binder
Yeah, I have had a ring dinger from a different practitioner and that is exactly what it sounds like. Thank you for admitting you were wrong on this one!
he scared you good
not quite
All the talk about some of his stuff being theater and carnival tricks I think probably, got into his crawl.
I believe Binder thinks of himself as having ascended from chiropractic work although he does do it, to actually being a shaman or a yogi. I think that’s why he rings the bell.
He thinks of himself as some type of Chinese, hierarchical healer.
Did he happen to mention anything about those being actual patients and not hired actresses or just people, hired in general?
Dr. Binder rubbed me the wrong way (no pun intended) in the first video I seen of his over a year ago.
Hey idk if you’ll see this comment but I hope you do, but when you do your next reaction can you react to Dr rahim gonstead and have your take on him
many people have recommended his channel...he's for sure on the list. Thanks for the comment!
I love Dr Rahim!!!!!!❤
Should make a bunch of whoosh, zip sounds, and a few step backs in this video.
@@kspice2803 😂
So Dr.Binder admitted his videos are for
ASMR, not chiropractic care?
Yep, and he even admitted to spicing up the thumbnails and videos to get views.
Just give it time, he will eventually be arrested for sexually abusing patients, and will not have time to focus on suing you.
No way that fake youtuber got upset because he paid people for his videos lolol
Thank you!
His video was totally weird though.. Gave me the creeps..
This video may literally be my fault lol.. I alerted Binder to your video and he went nuts about it... told me he made an "hour long response video in front of a green screen".... apparently never posted it though
some people just can't handle the truth
@@nashvilleneckback I don't like drama pissing contests.. but I asked him if he could address the paid models / sexual harassment stuff... neither he nor this "apology" video addressed it... this vid seems to suggest he admitted to paying models though
This guy gets 0 views unless he does drama videos lmao, what a time to be alive
got yours!
@@nashvilleneckback 300 views on your swimming pool video 😭😭
Can we see you do an adjustment mr expert?
Yes
Kudos for making an apology video. Lots of people wouldn't do that. I do not think your intent was to slander this guy but comment sections are tricky. Some believe that slander/libel or threats do not apply when it comes to comment sections.
It's not defamatory unless the statement is untrue
Wouldn't be too concerned about getting sued. The last thing he wants is his treatment of this patient to be peer reviewed or subject to regulatory scrutiny. It would cost him too much money and few, if any, attorneys would represent him on a contingency basis in a defamation suit.
Don't play with the whistling man 😅
He is doing his videos, you are doing yours. Actually I like both for different reason, but he should stop being such a p...y. No need for any apologies, even if most of us will assume now that the reason has to do with some lawyers threats. And by the way, there is an old saying: hit dogs bark.
Hell get over it....don't apologize. I'm sure he's threatened legal BS
Binder is a weirdo and deserves to be called out on his questionable practices and creepiness. Lol😅
This is crazy🤦🏽♂️
Lol man he was really hurt. He told you that you dont know how to please women 😂.
Imagine if a female chiropractor had a Ytube channel featuring ONLY younger muscular males conducting the same "type" of presentation.
The guy (Dr. B€nd€r) has created his own problems by clearly presenting himself to be unprofessional. Sadly, the guy is obviously skilled
Its all about the clicks $$
Shouldn’t have to apologize to a fake and a creep. If he’s gonna get butthurt over one reaction video, he needs to stay off the internet.
That's because he was ! Gropping, don't matter if it was a model and not a genuine patient it's still wrong !
Wow!

That guy is a creep. plain and simple.
You didn't say anything that everyone doesn't think when they watch that dudes videos
Just from these comments you see the mentality of most of your viewers, but you can justify it by the money you make off them.
As opposed to the perverts....er I mean the men of culture on his channel. Good try.

It's ok you don't have to tell us what you're really thinking. Dr. Binder is according to your 1st video.
Apologies to him😂😂😂
You heavily implied he was performing unethical treatment and now you're coming back and apologizing like he overreacted? Creating a reaction video where you roll your eyes, look at the camera like what he was doing is complete theater, and talking trash was your idea, so nice work buddy.
Thanks!
He's like the chiropractic version of Blippi
Harlem Shake, anyone??
iykyk
Dr binder just puts on a show just like you said it’s not a regular chiropractor visit, but he’s super creepy
Of course it's not regular chiropractor visits. it's asmr, it's massage, it's chiropractor, it's alternative health.
It is a bit sad that TH-cam is not quite "free speech" place...
Man, you are making honest reactions and people are calling your office to complain what the hell is this shit...That guys is quite insecure if he feels threatened by a small channel.
Free speech is free but there are also laws that protect alleged slander and threats.
Free speech works both ways. People don't seem to understand that. Also, free speech doesn't mean no consequences lol.
TH-cam is free speech, but slander and unproven claims against someone that can damage their reputation is still illegal
You should do dr tyler bigenho

I'm just trying to figure out why you are surfing the tube and criticizing other practioners...lol ...don't you have like patients to see brother?
Because YT is a good way to make extra money and it doesn’t take him too long to react to videos Most chiropractors only work a few hours a day anyways. Their hours are 3-4 hours in the morning and a few in the afternoon. This guy has time 😂
Yeah it's strange. Doctors seem to have this thing we call "free time."
I used to live in the same town as Dr. Binder. Considering how butt hurt he got about the reaction video, he reminds me of the typical central PA tightwad.
😂😂😂
Somebody get Dr.Binder a butthurt report.
Don't post stupid things on the internet guys ha ha
You are pointing out scammers so people can be aware nothing wrong with that
Freedom of speech! And why do we have these snowflakes? Come on people you are not going to make everyone happy get over it!
Aww poor baby got his feelings hurt😥😥 IMO your reaction was spot on! Dude need to grow up and accept criticism.
Good job that you apologize for the stuff you can apologize for
Binder is the best go for your scheduled spinal surgeries and god be with you
Chiropractors are quacks
Who are yall
While you need to be careful about choosing your words, you did right by calling him out. He’s a weirdo.
Was he just as creepy in the other videos you checked out? Imagine calling another grown man’s work place because you’re upset at what he said about you online. (Doc called his followers simps 😂)
