Jiraiya would have trouble with Itachi's Susanoo, Because of the Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror. The Yata Mirror isn't omnidirectional so Jiraiya could use a Sage Super Odama Rasengan and Destroy the Susanoo from behind. But the Totsuka Blade is a giant problem. But Jiraiya could keep his distance. Jiraiya wins this one.
Sage Jiraiya VS Edo Itachi. Itachi wins Low~Mid Difficulty. He's Immortal and Relative to KCM Naruto and Killer Bee. KCM Naruto would dick on Pain. So... Itachi wins this.

I'd have to say Gai was still stronger then Kakashi even after he got his temporary Susan'o. Madara was able to use a full Susan'o before he became the 10 tails Jinchuriki and Gai was able to almost kill him in his Jinchuriki mode. I know Kakashi went up against Kaguya but he had backup from Sasuke and Naruto
No Gai was fighting madara and madara was holding back he was seeing what eight gate can do
And in case of Kakashi kaguya was not holding back still he blitz her
