It’s the pain of what could have been too. I was so excited for his next album and his previous stuff meant a lot to me before he got exposed for being a disgusting nonce. He’s undeniably extremely talented and that’s what hits so hard about this whole situation. I still haven’t fully recovered.
The nonce shit was what was worrying me the most (along with claims of violence) but from reading his entire response on the website it seems he was just going along with her fantasies, which is irresponsible coming from him but I don't know if we can call those fantasies his, meaning he likely isn't a nonce or a woman beater, which is what was worrying me about all this situation. The next thing people bring against him is the age difference, calling him a "grown man" and such, but it's just a 3-year gap and from the texts you can see that he very much has the behavior of a teenager, which is logical considering it was his first relationship and that he likely didn't see much people at the time. I tried to look at the situation in the most unbiased way possible to not be a glazing fanboy but what convinced me was that she posted a few out of context screenshots while Anton had mountains of evidence (that didn't even portray him in a good light), and that her behavior in those screenshots is absolutely apalling, guilt-tripping him most of the time with threats of self-harm or horrible confessions.
