- Hey Quality Leaders!
The past two weeks we've been showing you how to treat risks and threats and how to find the root-cause of these hindrances to processes.
To understand more about ISO, this week, we want to showcase how you can conduct Internal Quality Audit (IQA), as provided by Clause 9.2.2 of ISO 9001:2015. IQA is actually a key element in the implementation and success of ISO 9001.

Terimakasih, slide ini sangat membantu dan menarik sebagai support di training internal refresh
The content is great but I agree that the "magic hand" is distracting. However, I actually think the background music is too loud. I want to hear the narrator's voice and just have the music lightly in the background. It's great information but some of the extraneous stuff detracts from the quality of the presentation.
Thank you Katherine
thank you,but i agree the background music is too loud
@@MohamedAhmed-gh6cs Thank you for the feedback. This is noted.
@@MohamedAhmed-gh6cs I agree, the music is not necessary, it is distracting and the rate of speech is a little to fast. It would be helpful to have a transcript.
Brilliant
Fantastic simple presentation. Many thanks for the great info. For those complainers about the magic hand, why don’t you stf losers? Thanks God you learn something today
Thank you. We appreciate your feedback.
Hi Sir, good day! Our company will be conducting IQA next month, can i use your presentation by flashing it on screen and we will watch together, so that internal auditors will be refreshed about the activity
the creator used Doodly. It looked great!
Thank you very much.

Please lose the magic hand; very distracting.

true
Great information. Loose the "Magic Hand"! It is annoying as hell! I couldn't finish the presentation because of it.
Hi Mr. Garand!
Thank you for your feedback. We will take this into account as reference for our future videos. By the way, check out our other videos which will help you in better understanding of the ISO. :)
Everyone complains about “Free” content. Take as is and be grateful. Smh
Thank you Vanessa : )
Nice information, excessive drawing..that causing me to loose interest toward the end.
Sorry to hear that
Was very interested until I realized that I was going to see this hand draw the entire time.. next video....
Does anyone know if ISO inspectors or trainers can legally lie to employees, or misrepresent the responsibilities of the employer's employees to said employees?
I couldn't hear anything but the music. Thanks anyway.
Sorry about that
In case you are interested in continual improvement. The speaker's accent is difficult to understand at times and he uses a lot of filler words that mostly fill up space rather than having meaning.
Great video but please stop with the stressful background, it makes it hard to focus on what you are saying. Best regards, E
When defining a term, you shouldn't use the word that you're trying to define in the definition itself. "Audit: a systematic, independent document process for audit evidence....".
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it.
Please remove background music
