    Good video as soon as the video starts you're presented with finding number 1 with no too much bla bla bla as introduction....no time wasting policy here, precise straight to the point

    Particularly in Audit finding number 9 of this video, there was a mention in the video about the documented information of release of products. I have a question or clarification regarding this: the clause number referenced in the video appears to be incorrect. I believe the correct clause number should be 8.6. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Apart from that, I want to say that this channel is amazing! I watch the videos regularly, and, as far as I'm concerned, this is the best channel out there for iso related videos. Please post more videos. We'd like to watch your videos. Especially I found this video is very useful. Thank you again!

    When is a corrective action required by the standard? Our Quality Manual has it as "when deemed necessary by management" or when "a customer requests one". Does this meet the standards' expectations?
