Recieving and storing IC power directly is a modder's wish came true. I think this DLC will bring us closer to be able to modify the time rate of the game, maybe even making Day By Day mod finally possible.

@@geokou7645 IC is construction point. For example a miliary factory costs 7200 IC, it will take 100 days to build the factory if the civilian factory you own is able produce 720 IC per day.
I was making a mod called Day by Day, which was about making hoi4 go day by day instead of hour by hour. Aim ıf the mod is to allow other scenarios be playable like 1871-2023. I stopped making the mod after realizing i couldnt mod factories to work every tick instead of per 24 ticks.
This dlc may provide necessary new modding capabilities that would finally make the mod possible.
This game has more DLCs than I have braincells.
