Once again, Trinny, you smashed it out of the park!! All this time at home has been great for pampering. I ordered an infrared LED mask yesterday. I have a lactic and ferulic acid mask on now. A few weeks ago I received a rose quartz roller. When it arrived the heart stone came with it. I just put that away. I have been using the roller each morning and evening. It is great!! I actually feel my facial muscles have had a work out!! What is the difference between the roller and the heart shaped stone (sorry I have forgotten its name)?

Same here..😫Not only is the energy low, but joints aching, hair thinning, skin unbalanced ( even if very good skincare) and mood is bad. Would so much heat about Trinny's ideas and what she took/take (hormones, bioidentic or such)

Yes, I remember seeing her menopause talk with Shabir 2 years ago about supplements to help with symptoms of menopause, I feel I’m beyond that and although I’ve tried Ayurvedic herbs that have helped a bit it’s not enough . I’m wondering if Trinity is still only relying on herbal & nutritional supplements or if she is taking bio identical hormones or something else to retain her vitality?

In Sweden you can hardly get bioidentic ones, as the doctors prescribe chemicals only. I was thinking of either bioidentics or hormoncreme or something. I recall T mentioned she took something for menopaus problems for menopaus issues, hairthinning and other things, but can't find the clips. Perhaps it was herbs from Dr Shabir she took afterall.
Is it ok to use those crystals in that scraping motion across your face if you have rosacea? Mine is mild but I wouldn't want to make it any worse. Thanks, Emma x
Hi Emma, If you suffer with mild rosacea we recommend our rose quartz tool with an oil you are familiar/ comfortable with. Just go gentle to start with. Rose quartz is great for sensitive/ inflamed skin.
um, the only problem I have is our hands are not the cleanest, I use to see people stick fingers and brushes in makeup all the time that never washed their hands or brush. it is the fastest way to get sickness spread around and get pinkeye. please get a stainless steel spatula and pallet it will save a lot of headaches.
Most videos on gua sha do not hold the tool as you have been instructed, the hold at an angle and gently glide, this looks like you are dragging the skin... Check out gothamista and other asian instructors 🤔
Hi there, Katie has been a practitioner of Chinese Medicine for over 20 years. We advise people to use the tool at an angle with plenty of oil to ensure you don't drag the skin.

Im a massage therapist you cn do it home donet pay lots od money to therapist But hay i have a brand so i make money from this brand The chakras of the body isnt worked like this. This is a jade stone if its nit real jade u can just massage ur skin for circulation. But it doesnt do nothing the roller is better But for price its alrite.
