Hi Phil and Juliette. Enjoyed the vlog a great deal. good to see dealer specials coming back into the caravan market as they really add value to a van at quite a saving usually. Thanks George n Trish. Kimberley have added the Dealer Special touches to almost all of the Caravans they stock and they do transform the OEM Vans. Yes this is a great starter van some are not convinced but we are entitled to our opinion. Thanks again Phil👍🙂

I really like the L shape ! And and after discussion with Mrs G in our our humble opinion we thought this represents real touring ! Small compact and comfortable, would we ? Not sure yet but if we did change I think it would be a smaller van and this one would in the running with a good awning.
I wonder if there is a well fitting awning for that model ?

Ah Catching are we Wigan Possie. Yes it does have an awning rail so fitting one would be great advantage for a family. At its price point Kimberley have lifted from the Entry level/starter van. Thanks Chorley minimum.👍🙂

Ugg! They have gone back to the horrible drab colours. I loved their nice bright colours in the other 304 explorer and get the optional extras which gives you a microwave too

Not sure Phil.....Looks great on the outside. I'm not a fan of the new style L Shape seating at the front, plus the small bathroom. I do like the Bunk and table feature though. We have a 2 berth Abbey, which is almost 20 years old and it's still like new, because these were solidly made and high quality. Seems like they're not making em like they used to? Cheers!

Hi John thanks for your honest opinion. The construction materials today are different especially the removal of structural woods. Also the reduction of weight as a factor. But for young family starting out and wishing to buy New this is not a bad start. Thanks Phil👍🙂

Hi Sandra. The Bathroom is partly lined but does come with a full shower curtain. All joints are sealed as well. Hope this helps. Phil👍🙂

These bathrooms are a nuisance takes you an age to dry bathroom after a shower, its much better to purchase a caravan with separate shower cubical for a family if you intend to use caravan washroom facilities, otherwise use site facilities which is a gamble on a busy site with Covid still about.

Are the front and rear panels still made out of abs? This is such an important question to ask & google about.......GRP is much stronger.

Hello Elizabeth. I do not know the answer. Upon touching they seemed like GRP but i cannot be sure. They do now have a GPR under skin for the floor. Yes GRP is stronger. I know Swifts are GRP. The Swift Alpine is another choice if you have a family or a Couple. The Alpine 4 is light weight but slightly bigger. Sorry I could not help. Phil.🙂

Not that impressed by this caravan or other budget models like this van, the woodwork and fittings look cheap and light weight materials..
As a caravaner for 40 years we always nicknamed our starter budget light weight caravans the Damper Vans, they all leaked like a hell and fell to bits just after the warranty ran out.
Not a fan of budget light weight vans as you can tell, as they cannot stand the test of time and riggers of towing for 100's of miles.
Better to purchase higher end models you only get what you pay for !
Great video tho guys very professional, but be honest would you buy one ? lol

Hello I take your point but nowadays they are built better than previous incarnations. They are built to a price point but if you are on a tight budget and are restricted with your tow car then they do make a favourable option. We have a Sprite which we bought New in 2018 and so far it has been great. The next 2 videos coming out might be more up your Street they are by Coachman. and Elddis Thanks for watching Phil.🙂
