2nd run of glitchless. Thought about some more ways to save time during the run so i'll do those next time. Dungeon 8 was pretty bad. Sub 1:20 feels like a reasonable goal for me.
I am unsure of which 2 moments you are referring to but if one is in regards to crossing the pit to reach the tail key, damage boosts are not considered a glitch in the game and are fine to use.
Btw, in this run I didn't see you jumping while climbing stairs. In Oracle of seasons, I'm pretty sure it was faster to jump while climbing stairs but it's been forever since I last played link's awakening so the physics might be different... So why not give it a shot?
Unfortunately jumping while going up or down stairs doesn't have an effect like it does in oracle of seasons. I probably will return to seasons at some point, though I do have quite a few categories of LADX i wanna finish up including optimizing glitchless :)
"Glitchless" immediately uses 2 glitches within the first 2 minutes...clap clap XD

this guy clearly doesnt know what glitch means. He meant the trick for "Quicksword" and the "pit boost"
