I truly enjoyed your whip & chat. I also worry about not including everyone in vacation. I thought I was the only one that had those feeling. Even with the children grown, I still love the older Disney and watch them from time to time. Keep advocating for your son and his testing for school. I have a 21 year old that was on the spectrum and had difficulty with certain areas. He will benefit greatly for the extra understanding and I loved how caring you were about a not so great report card. I’m all over the place with my comments but I enjoy your videos and candor. So many things this WIPnChat, lol 😂 I think the Disneyland trip with your kiddo is smart for the ride dilemma, but not to count it as the honeymoon trip. Being an older kid that was super close to my mom, I hate being out of the loop and not being invited to things, but I also get it.
Ok, long story.... I used to hate my name and now I love it! I have to correct ppl all the time on the pronunciation and I hated doing that when I was little. I also think it's crazy that I'm the 2nd of 8 kids and I'm the only one with a unique/different name. The others are biblical or common American names, lol. My mom got my name off The Six Million Dollar Man and thought it was pretty. I've never even watched the series! Lol

Happy birthday soon! It was so refreshing to hear you talk about your kids. They sound like they are great! I’m in the young kiddos stage and so listening to you helped remind me to be grateful for the time they do need me all the time, because they will eventually not need me as much and I’ll miss the time when they do. If that makes sense. And no that wouldn’t be frustrating to see unboxings. If they aren’t available then and you really want it then it’s fun to hunt the destash for them. Also, it would be cool to hear your take on them with you being on.. (in charge of? I can’t remember 😅) the rendering team. I’d be way interested in what your take on them are
Also NAY, I think a floral name would suit me better, I just really like flowers. We named our daughter Zinnia, I guess I just have to live vicariously through her name wise 😂

I enjoyed your ramblings! And I think you can still call yourself a Disney superfan even if you aren't as excited about or keeping up with the latest properties. At this point, there's such a huge range of movies, and it's not like there's some threshold for fandom or superfandom. I haven't been as excited about the more recent movies either, but I did enjoy Moana and Frozen (I agree with your take) and Encanto. And Yea--i like my name. I haven't met anyone of my generation with it and it's nice to be somewhat unique without being unfamiliar, if that makes sense.

Hello from Eugene (ish), OR. I’ve been enjoying your wip and chats since I found your channel a week or so ago. I’d like to go to Disney land again (I went twice as a kid) but it seems so expensive and I’m a bit cheap. I’d rather spend more on my hobbies than splash out for a huge vacation. With all the recent mergers with Disney there are a lot of new things to see though so it would be fun to see it all.
I am mostly ambivalent about my name. It’s a family name but there is a funny story about how I got it. I don’t really identify with anything more. I have a hobby that allows me to choose pretty much any historical name I want to go by but my chosen name isn’t any more exciting to me than my given name. I would love to have the nickname name of Kitten but there are a lot of reasons why society laughs at that.
Oh hey, you're not too far from me, cool! I understand wanting to spend your money on other things than vacations. We really value the memories we get from experiences together like the vacations we've taken, but it's a lot to spend for just a few days of memories, so I get it! hehe.
Disney stopped caring about making good stories and creative characters, their focus became about making money regardless if people liked the movies. Also, i think a lot of people are so tired of having a deep politcal or social message or lesson shoved at them all the time. Disney Movies used to be about entertainment and checking out of the real world for an hour or 2 for some lighthearted fun.

Hawaii is absolutely amazing. I went 2 years ago for my honeymoon and it was the best I have been to Disney World and yes it was fun but the experience at Hawaii was a dream of mine and i dont regret it lol.

Yes I love my name. It means helper/protector/defender and I definitely am like that more as an adult. I don't think another name would suit me as well. I will say nay on my middle name though mostly cause my middle name was only used when I was in trouble growing up but I wouldn't know what to change that to 😂

my name is Nicky, "short" for Nicole. I was actually born Danielle Nicole, but I dropped Danielle when I got married because everyone has always called me Nicky. So, I kept my maiden name as my middle name and dropped my first name. I can't really imagine my name being anything else, but my mom told me my name was almost Laura Elizabeth. Eek! lol
i totally got the bookshelf temperature chart after watching Katie's video! i ordered some of the drills already, and i have a blank canvas but need to see if it's big enough. if not, i'll get one from Jade as well. so excited about it!

*shrugs* My name has never been a big focus for me. I am one of the many many females named Jessica from the 70’s. My middle name is Marie….a result of millions of women’s obsession with using it as a middle name after Priscilla named her daughter Lisa Marie. I like that I can always find things with my first name for sale. Key chains, mugs, magnets etc. I didn’t like it enough to name my first born daughter after myself. My mom said she just always like Jessica. 🤷🏻♀️

I love doing temperature projects, I still have to finish my last crossstitch one lol. I always do the frame and plan colours the year before and then just have to fill it in during the year I am recording.
I do like my name Vanessa and can’t really imagine another one as I haven’t really thought about it. If I was a boy I was going to be named Shane which isn’t too bad a name. One name I do really love is Elowyn so maybe it would have been neat to have that as a name. 😊

@@DPandDP lol I learned from experience and the fact that I do so many crafts I need to give myself a reasonable (super long 🤣) time to prepare for such projects. May not have to prepare quite like that for a diamond painting as it’s much quicker. I would like to try a DP version on of these days, they definitely look fun 🤩

Unboxings are cool; even older kits. I don’t have strong feelings about my name other than I’m sick of people calling me something else…especially in an email. Like hello, it’s right there! 😂 My name is Laura and I get called Lauren at least once a week. Maybe I should change my name to Lauren. 😛

This was a lovely chat! Lots of questions to answer, but generally “Yea” I like my name because of its meaning “worthy of love.” I think you sound like an amazing parent to have such good relationships and discussions with your kids.❤ Also, are you stalking my book list (?!) (totally kidding!) because I literally just last week finished The Assassin’s Apprentice by Robin Hobb. 😂 I enjoyed the book and if the trigger instance you’re talking about is the one I’m remembering, was it to do with Nosey? If so, I *think* the book is relatively safe, but there may be other triggers that come up for you along the way (again, hopefully not as surprising as that first whoa moment). It could be just part of the book’s age not dating well with certain transitions. But I agree that I felt the characters were written well as far as grown and depth.
