    Great video, I have the paradym max. I'd love to see what happens when you move the weight around and change the lofts. It would be a great learning curve ❤

    Although this video is about the club, can’t ignore how awesome that shaft is. I game it as well! Also big props on using same shaft going forward.

    Went to a demo day and loved the triple Diamond. Had a 9* turned up to 11*, 114mph club head speed, 171mph ball speed, 297 carry and 332 total. Played the Ventus Black 70g X-Stiff shaft and it was phenomenal. Thanks for sharing.

    Thank you for the video Mike. You’re a very non biased club reviewer. Sticking with the Ventus shaft is a great idea too.

    Is it just me, or does the TD sound better than the other two? Would love to see a video of the TD comparing performance with both weight positions Mike. Also like to see it up against your TSR3. Cheers

    Good review, I would have been interested in the max fast, as everyone’s you tube reviews today are only focussing on the main 3.
    I would think that there is a fairly large amount of people under 90mph would be really interested in the performance vs the max.

    Great video as always. Like the idea to use the same shaft with driver reviews but i would almost rather want see that in head to head driver comparisons rather than single reviews. Of course some shafts are better than others that come stock, but I'm curious to see the stock shaft data because that plays a factor when buying the club. Can't wait to see more reviews on the 2024 rollout.

    • @MichaelM-to4sg
      @MichaelM-to4sg 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If you want to see stock shaft data, get fitted for driver with YOUR swing. Michael has chosen the shaft of his choice fitted to his swing tempo, speed, feel and swingweight. That’s creating the most ideal circumstances for the driver head performance and it removes the variable of different oem shaft offerings.
      The only change I’d personally like to see in his reviews is to demonstrate performance on mishits. Show the club performance on center strikes from ball speed, launch angle and spin but then same exact data on strikes 7-10mm off center at all 4 quadrants of face. This better demonstrates the true level of forgiveness for each clubhead.

    I actually like these over the previous gens drivers. Got a better overall design head love the shape of the face. Not really buying the marketing hype and tech of the AI. I'm interested how the LS triple diamond performs on the golf course under pressure. Gonna be an interesting shootout between this and the latest Qi10 offering from Taylormade as usual. Must test both as they are over £500 each!!

    New drivers may be slightly more forgiving, but if you check Michaels review if b21 big bertha it blows these away and it's forgiving as well. 3 year old driver avg 297 carry at 110 swing speed, I'll take that and work on my swing to hit straighter. Engineers and the marketing depts have pushed limits to the brink. We golfers are so gullible, lol.

      That conclusion is based on what? While I do not know how Michael hit the 23 Paradym, I can clearly see these 24 drivers are exceptional.
      I hit the 23 Paradym TD & Max during fitting. The numbers were very good on center strikes within 3mm of center. On misses outside that sweet spot neither was great. The TD in particularly was really bad low heel quadrant. My personal most common miss is high toe. At that quadrant I would see launch and spin of 11-11.5/1900-2100. On center strikes I’d see 12.5/2400 launch and spin. There was very little ball speed difference, both around 162. The lower launch and lower spin generally resulted in higher dispersion and 8-10 yds less carry. That was the good news. A low toe quadrant would see reduced ball speed and spin 2800-3000 resulting in 20-25 yd less carry. Low heel was even higher spin and ball speeds in the 154-155 range. This is why I play the TSR3. Similar ball speeds on center strikes but MUCH better ball speeds, launch and spin on off-center strikes, regardless of quadrant.
      Fast forward to the AI Smoke Paradym, the promise is same performance on center strikes but much improved performance on off center. While I personally would have chosen to test this claim if it were my video, Michael did hit a few high toe misses and ball speed was still in the 162 range, spin stayed above 2000 and launch did not change much. The weakest part of most modern drivers is the low heel strike which Michael did not demonstrate these new drivers performance but the mishits he did demonstrate appear vastly improved performance versus the 23 Paradym.
      Driver performance is rarely about what happens on center strikes, it’s about how consistent the performance is on misses. If manufacturers can limit that performance drop, then they have a winner, especially for vast majority of golfers not Tiger. Seems like Callaway definitely made a leap forward in competing with TSR3

    • @jaychu3850
      @jaychu3850 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There is NEVER significant performance increases. It’s about small incremental tweaks and this one they’re touting the consistency and minimizing off center strikes. Looks wise I like it much better but that’s personal.

    It's a no from me and that goes for any of the new releases. There's little or nothing to be gained in drivers over the last 5 years or so. As far as I'm concerned if you've got a head/shaft combo that is working well for you then just stick with it!

  • @Hereforgolf
    @Hereforgolf 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Not a good name, very busy looks won’t age well. 2023 model much nicer and will now be better value for money.
    In truth I don’t understand why there isn’t more regulations about they need to prove these performance enhancements and just how much better they are. They are all on the edge of the legal limits of the rules not specific to Callaway yet still make such outlandish performance claims.
