I had buy this model.
But there have starting problem.
When I start machine have error.
After some time machine start and few minutes later again having error.
I checked booklet. Error having beep 5 times .high or low voltage.
I call electrician. Voltage was ok.
Still error....again and again.
When I on off 3 or 4 times the washing machine is running. It's take lot of time.
29-10-2019.purchase date.

Hello dear, if the voltage is coming right at your place and the washing machine is showing error 5 again and again, then the control panel of your washing machine is damaged.
It virates more while spining ( too much )

1...Yes you can use additive/rinse program after completing washing program for neel and another essentials.
2...if you want to laundry add option in between running program you can pause the running process and wait for still the door indicator then you can open the door and add or remove the clothes and close the door and start the program.
3....washing machine Stand is not compulsory its it's as your need.
4....washing program time is minimum 30mint and maximum 111mint depending on washing program. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
How to add comfort
This is single wash washing machine, if you want to add comfort please wait last rinse than add comfort otherwise after complete washing you can use rinse+spin program add for essentials.

How to open the door between processing ?
You can open the door only in cotton program, press the start/pause button and wait for 90 seconds you can see door indicator is still, then you can open the door.
