I too have just started working out again. I started at the new year and it has been great. I am finally seeing results and just feeling stronger. It’s so good for your mental health. Good on you for starting up again. Love you and your videos. Can’t wait for the next one ❤
Fun fact: German gradparents have a whole lot of cabbage plates 😂😂 they often sell it in big sets in thrift stores now and they also come in glass versions. Everyone in Germany grew up with some version of these plates/bowls😂
I hope you are proud af that you do these talks despite your anxiety. As someone with social anxiety who had (exposure) therapy and also held talks, I know how damn hard it is and how much strength it takes. Keep that going! That‘s what will make your anxiety better in the long run, no matter how much hard work it is right now. ❤ and also filming the talk and putting it on the internet, whew, thats a whole new level!
And also my ADHD loooves driving😂 I can hyperfocus forever on driving, my brain is quiet and I love it😂
Driving solves anxiety!!! I think putting in music, autopilot, and looking outside all helps!! I usually just drive to get a coffee or thrift and go watch the sunset.
Suzie, please take this as a kind suggestion, but have you ever considered whether you have ADHD? Faye Bates recently uploaded a really great video about her late diagnosis. Just wondered if it’s worth considering. Love you and your videos ❤

@@AgusCabassi Of course it is real. ADHD is a condition you have for life, and can often be missed in childhood, particularly in females. Don’t just take my word for it, I encourage you to do some research to corroborate it for yourself.

I was diagnosed aged 40 with autism and severe adhd.
I have always been autistic and adhd, but was diagnosed as an adult.....hence late diagnosed.

CT beautiful skin concealer does this weird thing on me where first it looks good but after some hours it looks like glittery?! Like the microshimmer in it separates from the coverage, thats what it looks like to me. Does anyone else have this weird problem?

It looks like an Armani liquid eye tint. I use shade 22 and it looks similar x
I use Armani eye tint in shade 20 and literally any dark brown and black on my lash line!

Yes to the suggestion of ADHD. Seems like every vlog is more filled with anxiety episodes and you just don't seem to be a happy person. Might want to get that checked out if u haven't already.
I just started watching her in the last few weeks and each episode she's tearing herself apart and criticizing herself. I guess it just goes to show you can have thousands of dollars wrapped up in items and makeup but it doesn't equate to happiness and speaking kindly to yourself.
