the new pulley, I'm happy to change the speed, from Slow to Fast.
Depends on the thickness of the metal and drill bit sizes.

Thanks for your best time to watch my handy work, I will try my best but can't promise because now I'm stuck with my main work for support my TH-cam channel seems too slow so have to support my family, especially my kids to school. In the old times, my work was good so I got some supplies and pay tools for my TH-cam channel. I'm thinking I should leave it or keep continue, if continue might slow project. I have income very little not enough to pay back materials and cost over expensive. Otherwise I have to finish homemade lathe first. I do need some gears for tracking carriage.

Yes you should definitely key your spindle and pulley together

I will try my best, I can see something went wrong between the spindle and pulley, not fick together when I do test 16mm drill bid on thick metal so I to update key way on spindle and pulley.
