They literally gave no hints whatsoever in her own lore story or in the main story thats why people have no idea what is going on with her. For the mommy thing I think the reason they are leaning heavily on this will be a future thing as well so I hope they don't mess her up even more. I refuse to believe they release straight up evil characters in star rail so her mom personality will show in some form later to give her some personality and make her relatable.
