This summer I was going to try to fill one of my bucket list fish... gotta catch me a big sword.....

Hi off the rock we use Pilchards, but if you can catch fresh Kahawai or fresh mullet they make great bait. Also take plenty of burley. Check out our landbased playlist at ultimattefishing.tv for heaps of how to videos.
