I knew Smart dolls are big, but seeing the final reveal with that tiny little sign had me giggling. It looked like it would be the size of a doll’s torso while they were building it (the gravestone too), just for it to be a teensy piece on the skirt. It looks stunning overall.
SHES GORGEOUSS OMG honestly this vibe is giving me Betelgeuse but if he was played by an older Winona Rider in the first one 🫶 a nutty wildcard who can SERVE
As if people didn’t realize how much work doll customization is… you show the agonies of programming the 3D pieces and how long and repetitive the hair can be! The Beetlejuice cartoon was my ultimate fav!!
On the headstone it is spelt Betelgeuse, however he wasn’t allowed to say his own name. Writing it as Beetlejuice allowed him to skirt the rules and get people to say his name.
It may be a location difference as well. In America, it is spelled Beetlejuice. In other countries, it is spelled Betelgeuse. When I Googled, both come up, but the first one showed up more likely due to my location.
Betelgeuse is supposed to be spelled “Betelgeuse,” like the star in the Orion constellation. I think the other spelling is the joke between the movie and the audience.
I swear every time a new doll comes out it becomes my new favorite!! Im absolutely in love with this design, the expression is perfect and the dress is so avant-garde. Genuinely some of your guys best work, forever impressed by your work and improvement ♥️♥️♥️
I seriously love this doll! 💚😍 Beetlejuice is one of my favorite Tim Burton movies and the fact that you two put your own touch on the character makes it so unique.
oh no barb! the sweing and shoemaking are some of my favorite parts in you guys’ videos 😢 And yeah i guess advance sewing talk isn’t everyones cup of tea but i hope you can find a way to show the stuff you are learning and are exited about!! i really love seeing you get better and more well versed in sewing stuff ^^
It's just that the techniques are specific to the pattern... And I know that not even 1% of the viewers are gonna make it. I love puzzles and sewing is a puzzle in a way, but it's also a complex machine of content production which takes some of the fun out (or rather transforms it into a responsibility with a deadline). It's complicated 😅 I will try better to highlight the key points in the future 😊 comments like yours encourage me a lot!
I also really like watching you make the clothes and talk about things you've learned in the process! Even tho I don't see myself making doll clothes, it's still cool to learn about sewing! Makes me appreciate the work people put into the everyday objects around us 😊
It makes my heart happy how much barb worked to match up the stripes. It’s one of my biggest pet peeves in clothes when patterns very obviously don’t match up past seams so it’s so nice seeing them all match up so well ❤
Indeed, it's showtime! She is his distant cousin but don't confuse her with the Bazelgeuse flying wyvern from the Monster Hunter franchise. And I notice a bit of Morticia Addams for this detail? 🤔
She has really spooky eyes..I love them ..She’s totally gorgeous I think you really have pulled this off perfectly girls,I would not change anything .🥰
She looks so beautiful. I love the hair, and the color looks like neon toxic goo. Her face is gorgeous. I really love her eyes and expression. I really hope you will do Lydia next.
The intro was so good! The hair is so voluminous 😍 My goodness i had no idea so much went into 3D printing. I definitely don't have the patience for all of that. The sign is so good, it looks so much like the one in the movie. The face looks so beautiful yet so Beetlejuice. Hehe the little helper during the sewing section was so funny. Congrats on lining the strips up, that is one of the hardest things for me. I LOOOOOVVVEEEE the outfit is is so fabulous! She came out so lovely. Amazing work ladies 👏
Oh. My. Gosh. She turned out stunning!! The diorama skirt is so unique and I love the face up!!! (also omg a Gem and the Holograms referenceeee aaa) absolutely amazing work!
I love it! I watched beetlejuice with my father as a child, so love that you got to discover it with yours too! You did a great job, and don't worry Barb I don't understand a lot of what you do but I'm happy to be on the ride lol, show us what you like!
I love herrrr!! 🤍🖤💚🙌 The diorama skirt is so cool! And her faceup is so cute and sassy. And Barb, all the pattern matching of the stripes?!! Chef's kiss. 💖
When the title said betelguese, I had an idea for another doll series What if ya'll could make dolls based on real-life stars? (Maybe only certain stars but that would be so cool!)
Heavy tulle instead of cardboard, and if you need invisible zip tips, I am your girl. I make dresses (human size) on the daily. Can trade for what I classes I need to take for 3D modeling! :)
I didn't have the time for a crinoline and a tulle petticoat I did want one but it needed actual structure for the electronics, so cardboard solved most of my problems hehe
I really like the two outfits and how you built the background into one of them. The face up is very unique and pretty. I like the Smokey eye shadow, almost every other doll just uses purple eye shadow but yours look like the dead-tired of the character.
With every new doll you two create just gets better and better, I never knew you could top all of the previous dolls you created but damn y’all never fail to amaze me! Also I love the intricate sewing, if barb is bored while editing so be it 😤 jk sorry bard
she gives me sailor moon villain vibes and I'm in love! also the 3d printing file rant was really funny, AI should certainly be able to find the needed supports!
I think the alternative lines on the skirt looks interesting, I took a closer look of the Micheal Keaton’s beetlejuice and the little detail on his pants have slight alternating lines so on this doll it look unique
Oh my Spooks, your Beetlejuice doll looks gorgeous! 3:06 maybe you could save the rest of the hair for future doll projects that's either monster high or ever after high size. Now it got me thinking, are you gonna make Lydia Deetz from the first movie, or the one from the Beetlejuice cartoon series? Happy Early Halloween Enchanterium.
I love that the cookie tin filled with sewing supplies is internationally canon 😅
Haha, yay! International trauma! 😂
Тоже хотела об этом сказать😅
lol I was the 420th like 😂😂
I feel the fact in a year we're gonna have to call you dr. Barb is being overlooked
Let's hope I make it 🤞
me: I wonder how Zebra stripes end up confusing predators...
me: *watches the jacket sewing section*
me: ah.
Omg totally 🤣 I was struggling with my eyes
She looks like if Betelgeuse was a One Piece character and I'm kinda here for it! Amazing work!💚🤍🖤
With a dash of SheGo vibes 💚🖤

I know! I'm realizing I have no sense of scale, and actually have no idea how big smart dolls are, lol
She's gorgeous. She kinda makes me think of if Betelgeuse and Delores had a daughter. Creepy and gorgeous at the same time. 💚🖤🤍
Watching barb freak out doing the 3d modeling was hilarious i dont think ive ever heard her curse that much in a different video😂
I absolutelly love the hair!! my hair looks like a mix of that with Barb's hair so I'm very very happy to see it in doll form
We need more dolls with curls! And not only beach waves but different varieties too 😁
Who was the most famous French skeleton?
Napoleon Bone-apart
Actually it was Jacques LeLean!

not the id card 4 glue lmao
Am I the only one who thought Betelgeuse was spelled beetlejuice?

His real name is Betelgeuse but because he can't say his name he uses Beetlejuice!
Betelgeuse is supposed to be spelled “Betelgeuse,” like the star in the Orion constellation. I think the other spelling is the joke between the movie and the audience.
@@cconklin04it never occurred to me why he used the Beetlejuice spelling before

Thank you! I know this design is a bit different from what we usually do, but I'm glad you like this little diorama experiment 💖
Gorgeous! Loving the skirt diorama to the tiny sand worm on her hair. So much detail on this doll is amazing! 💚💀💜
Barb, you did such a good job with matching the stripes!
🥰🥰🥰
I seriously love this doll! 💚😍 Beetlejuice is one of my favorite Tim Burton movies and the fact that you two put your own touch on the character makes it so unique.
Thank you so much Eric! 💚💚💚

Oh, she is gorgeous!! What a dynamic doll!! You guys did an incredible job making this!
Oh wow, this is amazing! You two are so talented. Yes! Betelgeuese! Betelgeuese! Betelgeuese!
I don’t think sewing is boring it’s cool, quite useful for fashion emergencies to avoid embarrassment and stylish clothing by creativity.
It makes my heart happy how much barb worked to match up the stripes. It’s one of my biggest pet peeves in clothes when patterns very obviously don’t match up past seams so it’s so nice seeing them all match up so well ❤
Who doesn't love Beetlejuice is a great cult classic and, as always, another beautiful doll. Keep up the great works, girls ❤
Indeed, it's showtime! She is his distant cousin but don't confuse her with the Bazelgeuse flying wyvern from the Monster Hunter franchise. And I notice a bit of Morticia Addams for this detail? 🤔
Bard & Alex this creation is pure AWESOMENESS 🌟 with a Chef’s Kiss 😘
She has really spooky eyes..I love them ..She’s totally gorgeous I think you really have pulled this off perfectly girls,I would not change anything .🥰
Wow this is really cool! I love how you made thr skirt with all the decorations, but also an alternative outfit for more posing!
She looks so beautiful. I love the hair, and the color looks like neon toxic goo. Her face is gorgeous. I really love her eyes and expression. I really hope you will do Lydia next.
She looks drop dead gorgeous!👍😄
Love her and the boots!
Love the curls, and the face is so wonderfully expressive! Love this doll!

Stunning as always. I usually stop what I’m doing just to watch your videos when I get the notification. Y’all are brilliant magicians!!❤
for the record I love the complicated sewing bits its one of my favorite parts (and the decorating)
Oh. My. Gosh. She turned out stunning!! The diorama skirt is so unique and I love the face up!!! (also omg a Gem and the Holograms referenceeee aaa) absolutely amazing work!
She is spooky and gorgeous and I love the two different bottoms for the outfit.
Barb, please don't let Alex convince you to start cutting out your sewing!!! It's my favorite part!!!
She's a stunner and the dress, especially the pattern matching, is amazing!
I like the alternating stripes at the end. 😊 Very chaos inspired
Omg!!!!! Thats fire!! Bettlejuice was one if my favorite movies

OH MY SHE LOOKS AMAZING!!! Marvelous work of art!
Absolutely stunning!! And I love the video format showcasing the skills of each of you, and also the crazy introductions! Love it! xxx
I love the in-depth tutorials because I apply it to my costume making. 😁 She looks great! Definitely want a human-sized jacket like that for myself.
The jump scare at the end really got me.... I love you two, excellent work and humor as usual
😘😘
This sketch with Barb is masterpiece!
I love how she came out! Such a cool doll💚 Happy Spooky Month!
She turned out amazing! ❤ And those heels! "Chiefs kiss"
Wow, she is amazing!! 😍 This is one of my favorite dolls of yours ever; that facial expression is everything.

And I LOVED this project! Its incredible watching your processes to make these dolls ❤
Soooo CUTE!! And I love watching every aspect of your creations!
She is amazing. As usual the attention to detail is fantastic. Love her.

We would love to have the time and the upcoming martian green Smart Doll for it 😅 but as is stands we have neither ;(
i'm actually going to cry over the tiny sandworm, i adore them 😭😭😭
Unfortunately it got broken a few days after the video 😭
She’s beautiful great design
😂😂😂 When you sang "I didn't "F" it up! " was priceless. I thought I was the only one who sings that song🤣.

This wig is making me want to dye my hair lime green again 💚
Hi, Barb and Alex! Can you tell me, what's music play at 7:43? This might be on my casual playlist^^ Thanks a lot!
I absolutely love her! And I also like the detailed sewing information. Those cuffs are so nice!
Barb’s Chaotic Sewing Corner™️ gives me LIFE
Also, this would be an AMAZING Drag look!
she gives me sailor moon villain vibes and I'm in love! also the 3d printing file rant was really funny, AI should certainly be able to find the needed supports!

I saved the hair! Because I may need green nylon soon and this was my only green fiber 😅
This is awesome! I watched the cartoon Beeetlejuice when I was a kid! Of course saw the original later and LOVE MICHAEL KEATON!
I looooove her omg, the faceup is so cute!!!
This is absolutely incredible, I love the little boxer briefs haha
She kinda looks like a danganropa character 😍 I think its the facial expression i love it!
OMG she looks AMAZING!!!❤❤❤
The hair is very Misty Quigley and I love it
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW This version it's beautifull, much better that the MH version!! You are awesome as always!
For some reason I want too see a sandworm inspired doll 😮
Fighting for my life laughing at the “she’s biracial” bit 😂
Would anyone else like to see Alex and Barb make Jem and the Hologram dolls? I think that would be awesome!! ❤
I'm interested in every bit! SEWING AND WIG MAKING ALIKE and I feel like y'all gone wild. Love it x
I LOVE HER! She is perfect❤
Wow you both did a fantastic job, it's amazing, and you always look like you are having so much fun ❤🇬🇧
Ms. Ghost with the most! Amazing work on this one😎🖤🤍💚
Tawny seems like a good fit for the lil tanuki to me
Hearing the Polish equivalent of the English term “open sesame” and then having it explained to me made me spit out my drink
That's crazy timing, I just came back home from watching Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 😮
