That is true, Blade battlers (both of them) were very enjoyable. Its probably one of the best series to adapt into a fully fleshed out game (not just some anime tie in, vs game or something) hopefully with the revival of the series, depending on how they do it, they can make a few games like a Bleach RPG or something and make it good. I wish they did more of the Blade Battlers series that was on PS2. That was SO MUCH FUN to play with friends. It had its glaring flaws like balance issues and repetitive "power up" cut scenes. However, it had a nice Power Stone feel to it with rather interesting translations of various shikai/bankai from manga to game (which as of Blade Battlers 2nd, was during the Arrancar Invasion Arc, so no Fullbringers or Wandenreich at the time). Being a 4 player game, you could duke it out with friends and the natural chaos you all make helps to offset the frustration of facing some over-powered characters. There were stage effects/hazards and random offensive/supportive items that also gave a "Smash" feel to it. If you were a Bleach fan, this was for you. Sadly, we never got a "3rd," and while we never got a solid reason why Sony didn't pursue this, we could probably attribute it to the fact that the PS3 was just being launched at the time. Of course, this led to the rise of popularizing online gameplay on consoles--and mind you Blade Battlers on PS2 had no online gameplay and required you to have a PS2 multitap to have 4 players. I never enjoyed the 1 v 1 format of Heat the Soul (ironic, because I LOVED Guilty Gear at the time), nor did I have any appreciation for their 1-player games (especially for the Dynasty Warriors format, and anything mobile). The CLOSEST we can get to a Blade Battlers 3rd is the inclusion of Bleach characters in Shonen Jump Arena---but even I am just weary of the overused "Arena fighter" formula that had me lose my taste for the Naruto fighting games. Sorry for going Boomer on you all. Like a lot of you here, Bleach made a tremendous impact on my life and how I watch anime/read manga. I'm overjoyed know that Bleach WILL make a return to animate the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, and I'm already sold on the spin-off Burn The Witch. Let's hope we get more awesome games.

Cause when think about it in the bleach series and one piece series they take out tons of enemies and they take over enemie territories and sometimes defend certain territories so let’s have that kind of game
