Thanks for posting this recipe! Great explanation. Became my staple. The only thing I changed is that I boiled (slightly) potatoes and cauliflower instead of frying them. This reduced calories from frying in the oil. Still tastes great! Also, instead of chili powder I use Kashmir pepper powder, just my favorite.
