Thankfully most newer sedans are built fairly similarly. Just had to do this with a 2015 Lancer. I was having some trouble and this video helped me out a lot. Probably saved me at least another hour of trial and error. Thanks for making this.
Thank you so much - I had lot of trouble getting a new door lock actuator in place because the window divider bar was in the way. I watched many other videos and each one got me a little closer, but this video showed me the final trick I was missing. Finally I got that bar out the way, the locking mechanism installed, and everything put back together successfully. Thanks so much for sharing this job, I'm very grateful. i left my keys inside while at work had to bust the rear small glass good thing its just a straight replacement no need for glass glue for now covered it with tape until the new glass arrive in a couple of days
Can't say from experience about a 2015 Corolla, but this process was very similar for my 2015 Lancer. I've taken apart many parts of my car and turned to TH-cam for help at some point in the process and rarely find a video for the right model, but I've found most newer sedans seem to have very similar components and assembly processes. At least across Japanese makes. A 2015 Corolla should also be similar. I know you were probably looking for more certainty, but I hope this inspires some confidence to try it yourself.
