This is like a school band compared to Dimhav. It's nice to hear the master again, but this song is very mediocre. Their other single is way stronger though, I hope the rest album is closer to that one!

Good to see Warrior Path doing some faster stuff. Their first album was good, but way too slow in most parts. That definitely wouldn't fit Heiman. Let's hope the other songs strike a similar vein.
daniel heiman is the alpha and the omega of power metal vocalists. i appreciate his call to jesus, but i think even now he is realizing that his voice has been missed and its a way to jesus as well.

Daniel is amazing, as always, but this song itself is very mediocre. The chorus doesn't feel like a chorus, I legit liked the isolated vocals from their fb preview better. The instrumental doesn't make it shine like it should. Now it just feels like a bridge. And a lot of this feels like "how many random high notes can we fit into 4 minutes" rather than songwriting with care and attention. I liked the other track on bandcamp a lot better and this is still perfectly fine, looking forward to the full album, but I do feel they're relying a bit too much on daniel to sell this band. At least on this track.

Believe it or not, THIS is the best and most "constructive criticism" comment I have read on any music I've related with for a long time! ...and YES, I can ASSURE you this is the "worst" song of the album. We chose this one based on the history of music marketing where bands tend to share as a first single their most "simple" , shorter and direct song of an album. There are many exceptions to the rule, but I can now think of some: Paranoid/Black Sabbath, Run To The Hills/Maiden, Enter Sandman/Tallica, Lie/Dream Theater and the list goes on forever. And that's the reason we also unveiled "Savage Tribe" on Bandcamp as well ;-) And YES, this song had no chorus and I "transformed" the most "epic" verse onto a chorus to make it shine. So, thanks for the comment and be sure that the album is a treasure chest for of surprises! ps. For a strange reason, all our close friends/associates advised us to spread this one first too!

I know it's very common practice to put the worst song as the single so people expect mediocrity but then the album blows them away. I see a lot of bands do that now. I'm getting the album either way, so...if it's all up from here, I'm excited :)
However, this "mediocre" song is keeping Warrior Path on #1 on Heavy Metal Sales on Bandcamp for 2nd week! Imagine if they could actually write a decent song :-)
@@pvgroup Hey, since you said you appreciate constructive feedback, I've given the album several listens (and will definitely listen more in the future) so I'd like to confirm you were right, BoH is probably the least impressive track on the record. The rest of the album is so good! Especially the tracks with a less traditional structure like Avenger and Last Tale, the latter I think is just your best track period. Those kind of songs are definitely your strongest. I feel like most of the songs that were more in style of Beast Of Hate were not quite on that level and they suffer from some of the same issues I mentioned in the original comment. Not that they're bad at all but I definitely think you should either stick to the more storytelling tracks or work on the "simpler" tracks a bit more to make them as memorable as the rest. All in all I really enjoyed the album and there are definitely tracks on there I'll be listening to for a long time :D I wish you all the best!
