"Monk" describes Twitter in 2004

In S02E15 "Mr. Monk Gets Married" at 13:26 - 14:06, Monk reads an excerpt of one of hundreds of books written by a man who, apparently (spoilers), had nothing else to do and it ended up sounding surprisingly like any given person's tweets.
