Basic idea is to start e learning course / no troubles in facial verification for logging in the portal. You can do it together also but always if you finish it prior doing your tier 2 classes .

I have paid the fees of Rs 5000/ through the same portal using my debit card, the transaction has been carried out. After the payment done I checked the status in the coc revalidation portal, found that the column in the status displayed "FEES NOT PAID". Kindly advice if I have to wait for some time or should i send a Email to Dgshipping quoting the transaction details. Thanks sir.

Negative . MFA REFRESHER is not required for coc revalidation . MFA WAS required. Now ONLY AFF ( RF) and PSCRB ( RF) only required to be attached in documents . 2010 pssr or RUT COURSE OLD one also has unlimited validity for pssr

RUT is a course. There is no refresher associated . For every 5 years whenever you have to revalidation of coc - RUT course is necessary for engineers . NO RUT COURSE needed for DECK OFFICERS.

Just take a white paper and sign with a black pen in a 35 mm x 15 mm box and re upload in the the same documents link where you have uploaded the first time in the coc status - extreme right in the same file browse and re upload
Need to email mmd and get approval that you would like to give orals for meo class 4 or do class 2 preparatory course + class 2 simulator programe for the purpose of revalidation of your meo class 4 coc Choose either option . Proceed and revalidate your coc in offline mode .
Revalidation course is the primary requirement . The last stcw certificates in pdf file has to be a single file consisting of all certificates and RUT is necessary if you are an engineer
The certificate issue date will be between you joining signoff dates The online courses are to be done in the same way and same time how we used to do our offline courses The same has to be followed when we do online .

Yes that's correct. Cdc pages coloured photostat which you can sign. Medical certificate also same - sign it and scan it. Company letter also - take print out and you would be signing it and scan it. Coc application also take print out - sign and re scan it .

Mfa refresher to be done every 5 years. Old RUT CERTIFICATE valid for 5 years only. pssr upgrafation is unlimited and rut certificate can be used for pssr only

@@MarineGeek black and white copy, for cdc apges and seatime letters are acceptable. Course certifIcates to upload shall be RPSCRB, RAFF, RMFA, RPST, RAFF, AND PSSR(I have old one 1998,though did revalidation course for mates and masters in 2016( when I first got my coc revalidation) doing again the same, I believe the course scans need not be attested.

@@MarineGeek sir OIcnw . actually my coc is renewed but sharing info on humanitarian basis like you, Yes seatime as a Junior officer is counted fully along with 3rd mates seatime for COC renewal.
Yes same for engineers as well. Oicew or oow should be mentioned in master checker

Make a new medical from a DG approved doctor. Make sure it's details are uploaded in master checker . Use that new medicals for COC revalidation .

Pl clarify if one MEO cl IV ncv .. his coc will expire nxt month &, he could not acquire 1 yr sea service within last 5 yrs.
How should he will renew his coc.

After re uploading , you can send an email to respective mmd that I have uploaded the required documents and relevant application no. / Type of application etc
Good day sir , I like to the criteria for applying revalidation ,ie when can be applied before expiry of coc ( within 6 months) or after expiry of coc there no problem.
You can apply one year before expiry for coc revalidation and 18 month's after expiry for coc revalidation

Hello chief , my MFA ref was included in my last RUT course. So now should I do MFA ref again for application of new COC or can I use my last RUT certificate? (My RUT certificate does not have any expiry)
Mfa refresher to be done every 5 years. Old RUT CERTIFICATE valid for 5 years only. pssr upgrafation is unlimited and rut certificate can be used for pssr only
