What if sir a Catholic priest is facilitating a Eucharistic mass in his church, while the mass is in progress police officer arrested the priest. Charge in court for violation of parliamentary immunity. Was the charged against his person tenable?

Wala pong parliamentary immunity ang catholic priest. Kung may warrant of arrest naman po, pwede pong arestuhin.

Hi, Fiscal EJ. For clarification lang po, (assuming for a case in which the max penalty is not more than 6 years) does that mean that a senator for instance cannot be served a warrant of arrest on December 10, on February 5 etc. etc? It can only be served on the 30-day timeframe after the session cycle?
