For clarification lang po, (assuming for a case in which the max penalty is not more than 6 years) does that mean that a senator for instance cannot be served a warrant of arrest on December 10, on February 5 etc. etc? It can only be served on the 30-day timeframe after the session cycle?

Wala pong parliamentary immunity ang catholic priest. Kung may warrant of arrest naman po, pwede pong arestuhin.
