Cooinda Lodge Kakadu National Park

A two day motor bike journey into Kakadu National Park and staying at Cooinda Lodge in the heart of Kakadu. Hoping to do the Kakadu triangle but rain, especially the fear of electrical storms, cut the journey short. It's mid wet season and temperatures are high with even higher humidity. There is no one around and I have Kakadu to myself. The country side is lush green and full of life, a stark contrast to the dry seasons, burnt, brown and dry.
