The main Kirby GCN project hasn't been forgotten. People remember that game got reworked as Return to Dreamland (which is what the game is called in North America). That said, there are things you didn't bring up about it. The famous trailer music got repurposed as the arena music in Return to Dreamland. What the song was actually intended to be used for we do not know. It was likely either going to be the regular boss theme or possibly be used for that unknown castle in the trailer. The water hat in Kirby GCN I do believe was a fan design and had to be changed for Kirby's Return to Dreamland for legal reasons. Honestly, the finalized water hat design looks good in its own right. Not to mention what the water hat was originally going to do seemed a tad bit lame. HR-D3's original color scheme actually made its return in one of Mass Attack's minigames. Morpho Knight conceptually predates Galacta Knight. Not to mention the unknown final boss had its design repurposed as well.
As for HAL Laboratory's first attempt at a fully 3D Kirby adventure; it honestly was for the best it was scrapped. It would never have held up against Forgotten Land.
I would love to see a Metroid lost media video, it’s a really awesome and underrated Nintendo series
That would be cool, I will get on that
Thanks for doing my request I really appreciate it! Also do you think there is any kind of smash bros lost media besides slam fest?
Yeah I can look into Smash Bros lost media
