- Day four was a gargantuan 433km journey that took us from Pulpit Rock all the way to Laerdal. The first half of the day had us riding to the town of Odda, along cliffside roads, past pristine fjords and up across the greatest mountain pass I've been on.

A long lengthed oddysey in Norway enriched your mind with spectacular experiences and adventures!
For once again, David, we people from each corner of the world, who saw that video, are thrilled by welcoming us in the REAL North~
Perfect ride, perfect team ride.
Amazing roads and getting lost just adds to the adventure sometimes 🤣
Wow. That is some epic motorcycle travels.
Loved it brother love from Bhutan 🇧🇹
Thanks so much! How are the roads in Bhutan?
It makes all the difference to see a film like this when filmed from an mc.. And the icing on the cake must be the music and you narrating. Well done :-). Only wish the weather was nicer for you guys.. :-)
Thanks so much man! The weather was better for the second half of the trip for sure, and I suppose it added to the adventure in its own way! That being said, our guides discussed moving the trip to earlier in the year next time, to improve the odds of sunshine.
So I forgot that I also took a wrong turn that day, but the road from Sauda. I absolutly love it! Im glad you like it as much as I do!
Haha, well, I enjoyed both of our wrong turns, so I didn't mind! ;)
But yeah, that road.. I think it may have been the highlight of the trip for me, as much as I'm even able to narrow it down to a single highlight. There were so many... If I think about it for thirty seconds, I always come up with something else to go "ahhh! I remember THAT!" about.

Do you have any gpx routes available to share please
Let me look into that. I -do- have the gpx routes, but this trip wasn't planned by me, but by the Swedish Motorcycling Association. I wouldn't want to share it willy nilly without asking them first.
det är jobbigt med GPS mycket enklare med vanlig karta
But how BIG was your memory card? 😎
Oh, it's HUGE. 😯
256GB actually. It's worth mentioning that while that size is compatible with the camera, the user manual for the GoPro Hero 7 Black says it's max rated for 128... and it did cause me some problems. As the week progressed, the memory card began to experience random failures. Part of the mountain pass in this video is actually missing, because the SD card conked out and the camera died on me (luckily, I noticed and was able to reset it). By day five and six, every time we stopped, it took several attempts (sometimes more than a dozen) to get the camera to boot, and it would continuously have to repair the memory card before allowing me to record.
So unless you're in a situation where you absolutely need it and won't be able to swap out the card, I'd recommend using smaller sizes.
It's not how big your memory card is that matters, it is what you do with what you have. 🙂
Have been driving on those road a few times myself and it is always fantastic. The mountain road from Sauda to Odda is closed in the winter and the tall stick at the side of the road is often covered in snow when we get close to spring.
