Haha good catch. My straplocks came loose all the time on stage so I got rid of them and put back the original strap buttons along with a rubber ring from a beer bottle. I used schaller strap locks and I do not recommend them.
@A.A1995 I'm currently waiting for my mike dirnt bass in white with the rosewood neck and I'm planning on putting fender locks on them which I have done with my old squier guitar and bass but the top pin was to big for the smaller screw due to it being slightly stripped over time on my bass, and was wondering if you put them on as soon as you got the bass before they could have possibly stripped
@@gypsycrusader1904 I used the original screws that came with the bass along with straplocks because the supplied ones did not fit. Overtime they stripped in the wood. I used woodglue with some sawdust after when screwing them in but then the spring mechanism started to wear out after 2 years. I also had to constantly tighten the hex nut which I got enough of. Eventually got rid of them altogether and now the strap is fixed on with these beer bottle rubber things which have worked great so far.
@A.A1995 yeah the screw my squier bass came with didn't fit the new strap buttons as they were to big and had the smaller ones but obviously the hole was stripped and had to use millions of toothpicks and wood to make it small enough for the screw to get some grip
@@dupgab I played with those too for a long time but once I tried the nylon I felt more in control. Especially with all downstrokes stuff like the Ramones. I do like Tortex for the sound.. especially with fresh roundwounds they give a really aggressive gritty tone.
Tone is gorgeous. I cant wait for the album and hopefully a 2024 summer tour ugh. I need to hear that tone live again.
Thanks! Yeah that would be great. I think they’re planning a EU tour aswell
That was fast

Thanks! I Always digged the silverface amps from Fender.

Looking forward to "Look Ma No Brains" cover 🙏
Ayy on the way
Bro you are fucking crazy 🔥💎
Haha thanks!
nice!!!
Thanks!
Кайф!!!😊
Thanks man!
What pick are you using? I’m curious😅.
Dunlop 1mm nylon. I drill a hole through them for extra grip nowadays.
@@A.A1995 why nylon over tortex? I’v always use tortex on bass.

did you make the tab yourself? yea that was fast lol
Yeah, I am sure it's not exactly like on the album but it's a cover after all :D
@@A.A1995 nono well done..👍🏻🤘🏻
@@A.A1995 some of those flairs were way better than on the recording, especially during the solo
This is like the Old Mike Dirnt plays, it sounds progressive, but now Dirnt plays is more conservative
your tone so dangerous 😂😂😂
Haha thanks man!
Soy al unico q no le gustó el tema???
