Brown noise is great for blocking out external sounds and distractions and even internal rumination. It sounds a lot smoother and less harsh than white noise and pink noise which use higher frequencies. I've also adjusted the EQ on this audio, to make it sound EVEN SMOOTHER and more soothing. The effect is a little bit like sleeping in the back of a moving car - very relaxing!
Use this one with or without headphones! It can help you:
    Focus
    Sleep
    Mask tinnitus
Reduce your internal monologue to help with concentration
Calm children, babies and even pets

This feels like being in your car going through the carwash as it coats the vehicle in that rainbow foam. The sound of it on the windows and traveling over the top of the car is so satisfying.

    This!
This is what I mean when I describe to people the sound of a city. When you open a window at night, this is what it sounds like. This low-pitched roar, a soundmix of industry, traffic, and a thousand engines big and small. I grew up with it, can’t sleep without it, and I have finally, after all these years, found the perfect replica. Thank you!

yo im super stoked that this is doing things for you, its doing things for me too! this is just the perfect quiet frequency, the sound of a box fan through two cracked doors. My fondest time living with my mom and dad, my mom used to sleep with a fan in the window, so when it was 10 : 30 and my sister, mom and i were asleep (dad came home around 3am) all i'd hear is snoring, breathing and this. A quiet roar, as you described it.
      It's perfect.

I have had such a horrible migraine and tension headache for the past 2 days. I’ve been searching for some type of sound or music or tone to help for hours and hours and everything just made it worse and made me more irritable. By the time I got to brown noises, others were so scratchy that I was ready to give up. But finding yours, it calmed the pounding and tension down pretty fast and I was able to fall asleep in no time. This is a literal godsend. I had imagined myself sitting in like a Space-X rocket with the cool suits on, just soaring through space and enjoying the view. I love when sound can take me to another realm that I imagine and can get lost in. That’s my happy place and space. Thank you so much for making this. It is greatly appreciated.

This has to bring out the happy place in everyone because it took me back to my childhood living by the train tracks. 😩And hearing this sound as it passes. I truly can not thank your beautiful mind & gifted spirit enough… as someone is extremely sensitive energetically , has adhd, working thru my ptsd & trauma regularly & that’s not even the half. Thisss gave me years of rest in 14 mins 🥹🥹 I kept asking my body for a sign on how to rest because nothing I usually would do was working anymore . I feel so relaxed and relieved. May you be blessed many times over for creating this and helping us all. 🫶🏽🥹🌻
