Hey i had an undiagnosed nasal drip for about 4 yrs. I did a similar routine plus a nasal spray and it helped loads. But above all try going as alkaline as possible in your diet. These sinus issues have a root cause of mucus that comes from our diet. Limiting dairy or removing but completely will def help

Loved the vlog! I get head pressure a lot when the weather changes and have found so much relief using the Bob&Brad eye massager (from Amazon). Looks like a VR headset. It’s adjustable, heated with pressure. I use it AM/PM and sometimes midday since I’m on a computer all day. Highly recommend!! 🥽 Peppermint oil on pressure points and back of my head helps too!
Definitely the wire frames for your face!!! The thicker frames look very masculine and that's the first and only thing that you see. I feel like the wire frames actually show your face off 100% more!!!

I tried the sinus pot and girl let me tell you I freaked out lol I almost drowned my son said I was just being extra lol. I’ve ordered a few things but need a good heat protectant. I only wash once a week but use hair tools & need a good protectant for my hair. Any recommendations?

Idk what the consequences of using it incorrectly could be , but I would dare to say it may lead to breakage . Also leave in conditioner before oil ! Oil will coat the hair , making it harder for the lighter products like leave in spray to penetrate
