Hey Stephanie. How you sleep and definitely what you sleep on makes a huge difference. You should never wake up feeling achey or experience discomfort getting up from bed. I would switch your pillows especially if they are old and look into Hybrid Memory Foam mattresses with the firmness that you prefer. 3x brands I recommend are Bed in a Box, Casper or Saattva. They come with an amazing up to 1 year warranty. If you don't love it within the year you can return it. I would look up the reviews and try the one that works for you.
