Josh has a special place in our heart because of the dedication to the bit. He’ll spend 6 hours doing something for a 30 second joke. But thats the level of insane time waisting that we appreciate because the mans crazy
I THINK the most ridiculous i've been able to estimate him doing was 10 hours (Not of idle time or bot automation either....) for a less than 8 second clip.... We really need an "hours invested" time at the end of his videos lol
I think it’s really cool how you didn’t get rid of the sponsored segment or any of that, and went out of your way to try and support him. That’s not something I expected, but in a good way! Lord knows how much time this guy puts into the smallest of jokes, and then doesn’t stop there, but layers them all to create a video that doesn’t stop being entertaining at any point, so he’s certainly earned the support from the sponsors, and it’s nice to see someone react equally as a consumer and a producer of content, knowing a decent amount about both the game and about being a content creator.
22:59 I don't think he did regret it. He does end up with a solution to it..... If you can call it that. I can't wait to see your reaction to the next episode of this series
I can promise you that Josh has likely never felt any regret about doing this(well maybe in his very few intermittent flashes of sanity). To him, he is an artist and this is his art. Also if you’re going to watch his next video, I caution you to hold no hope for the things you hold dear. 😢
Every time Josh refers to power consumption as power generation I die a little inside. Literally the one and only thing that's ever bothered me about his Satisfactory series.
So, first of all, sorry for multiple comments. There's two more videos, I think. I have a feeling you'll be doing reactions and I'm already laughing at the thought of them. I would not say Josh has "regrets." No, no. He's proud of the utter disaster that he made, though he did have a teensy bit of trouble escaping the hellscape he made in the next video. And don't you worry. He gets to the water... and to addressing the Nuclear Waste problem eventually, and his solution is ... how do I put this? Watch his Zoo videos. It will prepare you, hahahaha.
You're such a nice guy! Most people (well just another one) who react to Josh are going like "yeah, I know what's going to happen, cause... what is happening now?" And are reluctantly admirative of him, but you go full on appreciative even though he plays at the opposite of your style. You're a class act. Really lovely.
I believe josh had 64 gb of ram at this point, and quite a bit of processing power. Might be why he was able to go so far above your expectations on trains, he has built his PC with the sole intention of bringing games to thier maximum limits. I hope one day you get to see his solution to this waste, he never regrets it! He actually figured out how to dispose of it! Like all his solutions, it's as brilliant as it is terrifying.
Definitely going to look forward to your reactions with the rest! Loving these reactions and season 2! I'm playing along trying to take ideas from your videos to be more efficient and aesthetically pleasing. Keep up the awesome work!
@@ItsBitz potential video idea, if you haven't done it already, what's the best early power setup? I'm still on the starting bio power but want to majorly expand so I don't have to worry in the near future
Ah yeah, the train movement does a nice job modeling the effects of both friction and gravity. I only started this game in October and I was actually fairly confused by the power drops and spikes until I paid close attention when hopping in one of my trains. I love devs that put love into their physics.
Normally i don't particularly care for reaction videos. The way Bitz does them is very good. Well put together, and makes sure to give Josh and his sponsor the necessary attention while still adding actual commentary. Love this series and definitely got me to look at more of Bitz' videos.
He already has other videos that answer all the questions you brought up. And yes, he hooked up all those pipes in the way he does everything. I don't think he regrets the opportunity to make another chaotic mess.
My favorite thing about how Josh plays sim games is that, normally you see the kinds of stuff that he does because of laziness, but Josh takes things so far toward the side of laziness that he comes full circle into needing more patience to create the messes that he does than is require to play the game "properly". xD
Love your expressions of how absolutely bonkers Josh actually is. Your logic for the game does not exist in josh's world. He is bananas and we cannot enjoy it enough.
I love this series and I am glad I can finally enjoy Josh's chaos with other people and seeing reactions to it. the way he solves the water problem and nuclear waste is just as crazy as you can imagine from Josh. I hope you will see soon! :)

Saw Josh's vids when he did them and YT suggested these. And they're the perfect companion piece! Lovely to see someone assessing his madness from a 'normal gameplay' perspective. :)
I would love to see you react to Zisteaus Megabuild. He basically turned the entire island into a factory, and had some insano machine that would produces an obscene number of super computers and turbo motors a minute. Not only was the machine functional, it was aesthetically beautiful as well. It was composed of 4 or 5 mega bases, along with a HUGE nuclear power plant that was hanging in the void off the island. He's got an entertaining style too.
I absolutely love how your face freezes in shock multiple times in the video, its amazing and a perfect reaction to this series hahaha. will be waiting for the next one
Another gamer who reacted to some of Josh's videos, named Krakenfall, did the maths for what you call 'the waffle'. Josh did say it takes about 3 hours for items to traverse it, so with the maths Krakenfall did, it is about 10 kilometers of mark 1 conveyer belts that Josh built there.
