I personally liked the NXT 212 cab the best. I'm really interested in getting both the amp and cab. I have the 410 from Bergantino, I bought years ago. So thanks for the demo
Man that HDN410/Forte HP with the Smith was so satisfying. I'm biased though as I prefer 10s to 12s, but there is no denying that the 212 cabs have more clarity, especially the NXT.
The HDN212 cab is the best sounding of them all has deep clear low end nice crisp high end and the mids are definite that rig combination is off the chain and versatile
The NXT pairs nicely with the Ken Smith. You get that sparkling highs and growl that Smith lovers drool for. The tone is reminiscent of the old school Eden or SWR sound that I love. The other two cabs almost seem stale in comparison. They sound too flat or something. Kinda like class D amps and neo cabs similar to MarkBass which I do not like whatsoever. I Have a new PL 12.8 cab and an Eich T1000 amp which is the best Class D Amp I have ever tested but I still don’t get the tone I get with my eden Amp and SXT Cab. So the quest continues.
