I hope I’m wrong but if you would’ve asked me to bet my house on the jags taking Aiden Hutchinson I would’ve put the whole house down. But they didn’t. If we get Billy Bellichek, and I am slowly warming to the idea, he brings instant credibility to the team...especially game day with the zebras and we cannot fathom how much value is in that. Either Tony Boselli and he hires Brunell as the OC or get Billy B.
Its IS a part of the game, its a sign of emotion and lets be honest there are some people with all the insane bonehead plays, moves and insanity that even question the integrity of the league and if some games are being manipulated or fixed for either drama, storytales or just plain money since so much more money is beiing moved in gambling results. This is a good sign that the league, despite being named an entertainment company vs a sports league, is still driven by players and emotion.

Why are you guys so intent on continuing the "Keeping it real" segment? You don't have a sponsor because the segment is stupid. Hardly anyone is more candid than Pete Prisco and Tony when it comes to this team, even if Tony can get a little reserved at times. So being its own segment makes no sense, you never have to push those guys to "be real."
I’ve been saying to my wife “I don’t see why the jags aren’t using the opportunity to shout out one local small Jacksonville business per week.” Like you already don’t have a sponsor yet you still do the segment why not stimulate your local economy a bit. Seems realistic to me. 😂
@@KodyLemire I'm sure its a matter of concern that if they did it for free, people wouldn't pay for it. But I agree, I'm not from the area, but if they did it, the next thing you know, one of those businesses may have realized gains from the advert and decide to officially buy in.
Man I’m so tired of us trying to find a diamond in the rough instead of getting players who have proven in college that they are that good in college so i disagree with Pete on this one. In the first round im going to get Travis hunter period we also have the 33 pick to get big players and we also can try to get rid of some of those late draft picks and move up in the second and third round.
Pete, challenge the Jags scouting department? Are you kidding me? Jacksonville has had a historically awful scouting department and still does. The Jags do NOT find that kind of playmaking safety in rounds 4-5-6. The Jags scouting staff overall is terrible. Counting on the Jags scouting staff to find playoff quality starting talent after Rounds 1 & 2 is like counting on Doug Pederson to make good decisions. It's a lot more misses than hits. Where Shad needs to spend his money is identifying NFL scouts with an A-grade record and offer them a huge salary bump and getting out of the land of snow and ice.
