This was the first game I bought on my Sega Genesis at a local Toys R Us. My parents asked "are you sure this is the game you want? You're buying with your own money" I said yes and bought it for $60 USD in the 90's shortly after this came out, it was hella expensive but I rented this game many times and for some reason wanted to own it. Even after owning it I never could beat the last couple of Stages.
@@casedistorted hello i understand you very well. for me too it was a game that marked my path as a gamer. it may not be a perfect game, but the dark atmosphere, the beautifully arranged soundtrack, the brutal sound effects and some really original graphics make the game a little gem to rediscover. if it had a map, saves and an action adventure style instead of arcade, then it would have been an absolute masterpiece. i'm glad you enjoyed the video too, stay tuned because i will publish others, have fun!
