Welcome to "twenty twenty coffee" - our small coffee shop located on the west coast of Denmark.
Join us as we make few orders in our coffee shop. It was another relaxed day in our shop - with many customers sitting in our garden - enjoying some warm Danish weather. Follow along as we serve them some delicious coffees and homemade cakes. :)
We are excited to start our TH-cam journey - so let us know if you like it and if you would have any recommendations or ideas for our future videos! We are looking forward to try different formats and share what we do with you all! :))

Thank you - it is quite fun to show that aspect as well - as it is a big part of the job. We'll do a tour sometimes in the spring when it looks a bit nicer outside :))

The Photos of the Shop at the End was so cool...but i have a question if you don't mind please...its in Denmark..why you are speaking English even the customer...is it normal people in Denmark speaking English instead of Danish Language?

Thank you for your question! We do not aim to be vegetarian-only but it ended up being that way at the moment. We simply focus on making nice & tasty dishes - and all of them ended up vegan/vegetarian! Hope that answers your question! :))

We are located on the Danish west coast - this area is very popular among German tourists as it is quite close to Germany and is absolutely beautiful up here! :))

hey guys! can someone explain to me what would be the difference between a double shot cortado & a flat white ? thanks in advance :D
You can see the comparison between cappuccino and double cortado at @3:45 . Flat white would be something in between those two. Not as short as cortado - but more intense coffee taste than cappuccino. Hope that makes sense :))

I wonder about the language in your shop, is it like a english coffee shop so everyone including clients talks english? I now Dannish people have good eng but i'm just curious. Greetings from Poland ;)

Exactly! For example in Europe - in all the big cities - there are hundreds of baristas that don't know the local language and are only English speaking and they do just fine! In smaller towns it is a bit more tricky but many places are fine as well. :))

I think maybe you should serve the coffee and drinks in a tray for the garden. The gaps in the tables are an accident waiting to happen 😅
Other than that: great looking shop. Clean, quiet, lots of natural light coming in and ofcourse the chill garden.
hahaha you are so right! We sometimes have to remind our customers that the tables have holes and that they have to be careful! But it looks worse on video than it is in real life! We have spills in the garden only once in a while actually - so it is all good! :))

everytjing is really good but one thing quite not enjoying that is in garden table are not so comfortable because there is hole you need to smth on them i meen on the table

Just a curious thought, why do you discard of the milk after making a latte? Doesn’t it like go to waste? Can’t it be used for the next latte?
Good to hear that you are cautious about not wasting! Actually the steamed milk left in the pitcher looses temperature very quickly as well as becomes very stiff and unusable for latte art - that is why we don't use it for the next drink.
In the video, it might look like we are pouring away a lot of milk - but in reality we waste very little compared to steaming. We can dial in the perfect amount in the milk machine - so there is always just a small leftover (only around 20grams). Unfortunately it is almost impossible to pour latte art with nothing left in the pitcher... Hope that answers your question! :))
love your content but just noticed your plastic cutting board, it leads to a lot of microplastics getting mixed with the food being prepared so maybe you should try like a wooden or natural one. I happily watch many of your videos and cant wait for the next one,
Hi, thank you for the kind comment! We are using professional grade cutting boards and we are exchanging them regularly - so we never work with damaged ones that could lead to some of mentioned problems. Btw the rules in our area are for example bit cautious of wooden cutting boards as they can hold bacteria for a long time.

Unfortunately TH-cam doesn't allow copyrighted music in the videos. We own a music license for playing music in the coffee shop - but there is no such a thing for youtube. 🤷♂️

What is the machine you are doing for the milk does it automatically froth the milk to the correct drink or do you edit the part of steaming the milk. Love the content keep it up
Good question! Yes, the machine gives us a steamed milk but in some cases we steam as well. Thanks for the curious comment :))

do you pour doubel shot on cappuccino? Wasn't just one?
Yes, we do our cappuccinos with double shot. Different coffee shops do this differently - it all depends on many factors such as: espresso recipe, cup size, milk type and characteristic, overall goal for the drink, etc. There is no right or wrong in this - the goal should simply be to create a nicely balanced and delicious drink :)))
