I think the fear and stress of being killer frost gave birth to the killer frost personality and she is not the first meta to have a split personality on this show.
I don't get why feminism is so hard for shows to do. Just have the females be as interesting, fun, and badass. Don't even mention feminism, just let their actions speak for themselves. Treat them as equals and it will be clear they should be equals.
Alot of ppl seemed to miss them saying Caitlin(frost) was amulets enforcer. So if they arrest her she connects Caitlin to killer frost and all the stuff they did....

I understand the civil rights issue, but it's better then leaving a dangerous metas on the loose especially when that metas threatened to come back and hurt Caitlin. I suppose it's better than straight up murder, but I have a feeling they'll regret letting her go...
I think the absence of our main heroes on all the shows is somewhat intentional, mainly because once the 4 way crossover happens and they all come together it will pay off better and feels more satisfying.
Watching this one felt like reading an SJW Marvel comic. I don't watch the show to get preached at, I watch it to be entertained. The only redeeming qualities were drunk Barry and Killer Frost (except for letting the villain get away).
Why can't she reference the Hulk? The show constantly references other universes and movies and shows. Just because Marvel is the public eyes opposite/enemy of DC doesnt mean u can't reference each other. Think of it this way, all the Marvel movies in this(The Flash) universe are actual movies just like real life. And it could be vice versa. Im just pointing this out because while ues you can have your own opinions and reactions, your negative reaction to the refrence made me sad and a little mad. Especially for a show that has a multiverse they should be able to reference whataver they want.(also ppl are more aware of what and who Hulk is and how his character is so the reference is almost spot on. I want to comment on the reaction given when Felicity compares Caitlin /Killer Frost to The Incredible Hulk. My personal opinion is that it was not so much of a reference to the Hulk comics, but more towards the 1978 TV Show. You'll remember back in S4 E1, when Caitlin was pressured, she said "Don't make me frosty...you wouldn't like me when I'm frosty", that was a nod to the classic line from the show that went: "Don't make me angry...you wouldn't like me when I'm angry." The show has always referenced pop culture; in terms of movies and TV shows. It just seemed natural that they acknowledged that the Hulk show was part of that pop culture. And since Caitlin was dealing with an alter-ego like Killer Frost, I guess the writers felt compelled to make that similarity; how she deals with her the same way that Banner dealt with the Hulk. Just a personal opinion....

As for the hulk refrence, in the comics marvel and dc know of eachother, but there as comics. So in the dc world they have marvel comics, but there just comics, and same with marvel. They have dc comics.
You HAVE to react to the most recent episode of Legends from yesterday. We have to see your reaction to the ending. It’s called Helen Hunt. It’s got some of the best moments to react to. The ending has a react worthy reference. And it’s just a beautiful episode in general.

What I have a problem with is when feminism is shoved down our throats every second like we're a bunch of morons. Everyone knows woman can do just as much as men, so instead of saying they can, they should just do it, we had years of entertainment with female characters who got s#!t done without spouting #feminism bollocks, what was wrong with that?
I know they wanted this to be the episode where the girls save the day but wow that “#feminism” and “strong independent women” throughout the episode was so cringey. Just bad writing. You can write strong female characters without shoving the episode’s agenda in your face and putting blinking lights around it. Wonder Woman handled it pretty well, both male and female characters were equal, not one gender being ridiculously stupid or stereotyped compared to the other.

When you want to make people aware of something or support about some topic/value, and you just throw it all, word by word, like every seconds, it will actually make people sick of it and not taking it seriously. But people know, man and woman, that Diana Prince is a strong, independent woman. Even Supergirl, which is a show all about woman empowerment, didn't do this. So far, for me, this is the worst episode yet. Not because of the topic, but because how they handle it.
