    This is the best and easiest to follow tutorial for Premiere's auto caption for me! Kudos friend, honestly a game changer and saves a lot of time. I have to do full captions in long form videos and this really helped a lot in making the process faster and efficient.

    Have you found that the present just don't apply correctly or delete themselves?
    For example, making the text all Caps never transfers on the pre-set

      I have not tried to change that parameter so I am not 100% sure. You can try resetting cache files in premiere or maybe its a setting the preset just wont carry over with it.

    How can you increase the duration of the captions on screen because it makes my captions go by every like millisecond and I can't find were to change it

      You should be able to change the duration in the first screen after clicking make captions but also you have to keep in mind if you have your word count down very low or letter count, it has to keep up with your audio. So if you only have 15 characters at a time, that's only like 3 words so it will have to be very fast. If you increase your character count to fit more words, it will stay on the screen longer.
