For everyone asking, most of the songs were sung by Bree Sharp.
"Dance Another Day" and "Crush" were sung by Mollie Weaver(Renee's VA).
This is a Thank You for all of the Mew Mew Power fans who suscribed to my channel!! This video has all of the Mew Mew Power songs that ever were on the show. I'm not really one for these songs but I do like "Dance Another Day" for some reason.
My favorite segments in this video are "Crush" in which I did a little evil editing of my own with :P. And "Dance Another Day".

Gotta say, as a 23 year old whose about to graduate college, I used to listen to this over and over when I'd draw as a kid. These songs still pop up in my head in this exact order.

I don't give a ef what anyone says call because I'm going to turn 34 in six days and I still listen to this music, heck I would even go back and watch the episodes again.
I remember on 4kids website saying that "it would be weird for a boy to watch Mew Mew Power." THE AUDACITY. I don't care if this was meant to be for girls. It's anime!

This collection is bubblegum pop GOLD! I'm fell in love with this weird show from just for the music! It reminds me of the indie music I was making as a teen in the 90's, and just I love Bree's voice.
1: Name Changes
2: Scenes were cut, edited, or switched in episodes
3: The main theme of the show was changed(from saving the enviroment to trying to balance saving the world and dealing with school and boyfriends)
4: The setting of the show(it's no longer in Japan)
5: The reason why the aliens were attacking is changed(in the original they were from Earth and want it back before humans destroy it. The dub makes it seem like a typical alien invasion)

Hehehe. I see what you meant by "evil" editing in Dance Another Day and Crush. Lettuce is so damn cute ^.^ My hair is similar to her's; it spazzes out EXACTLY like her's when it's plaited.
I love how you put all these songs together with clips from various episodes. This was my favourite show and this AMV brought back some memories.

I don't own Tokyo Mew Mew. 4Kids were the ones who dubbed it into English but they no longer have the rights to dub it and they are pretty much non-existent as a company now. There's also the fact that about half of the main voice actors for the show left to do other things. With that and also the fact that MMP last aired a little over 6 years ago in the US, it's highly doubtful that the Mew Mew Power dub will ever continue.

The opening and the transformations you can find in any episode. "It's Here!" was in episode 1(which was episode 12 in the original Japanese version). "Dance Another Day was in episode 10(9 in Japanese), "Crush" was in episode 16, "Lucky Me!" was in episode 23, "Don't Wake Me Up!" was in episode 26. "Animal In Me" was never put into an episode.
You sure? I remember hearing it in one. Probably a romantic theme for Zoey and Mark.
@@eymed2023 Yep. I have all 26 episodes that I've watched constantly over the years. "Animal In Me" didn't show up in any of them. You're probably confusing it with "Lucky Me" in episode 23.

Petition for Nexflix to add Mew Mew Power/ Tokyo Mew Mew
Unfortunately, no one professional will take an online petition seriously. Also, 4Kids no longer has the rights to MMP, so that's most likely never going to happen. Also, a company in the states has to license TMM in order for Netflix to even consider showing it.

I'm proud to say I'm nearly 12 and I love Mew Mew and animes and this is my favourite video on youtube :)
That reason is stupid if you ask me.
Japanese episodes online are subtitled you know. So there's not language barrier to the English speaker.
The reason why people like the Japanese is because the English version changed practically everything from the characters to what the show stood for. Not to mention all the cuts and edits made to the show. I estimate that out of the 26 English episodes, over 50 minutes of footage was cut out. There's also the fact that the English dub never finished.
that song is so sad!!!! i cried!!!!! I feel like that withy one of my BFFs, shes in grade 8 and we dont hang out anymore and she is totally different.

It's actually "A Girl With a Porpoise." 4Kids is known for their pun titles(Porpoise sounding somewhat like Purpose).
Hika YOU are just amazing. I absolutely admire you for all your work. You really do your best. I only made a few videos, so I know how much effort it takes, to make it really good. But I cant imagine spending so much much time as you probably spend on it. You are really ammazing and YOU would merit a medal for all you videos!!! :D Love You and YOUR AMV and videos. The song is called "Animal In Me." It belongs to the show(It's part of the Mew Mew Power Soundtrack that 4Kids released on iTunes) and it was sung by Bree Sharp. They just couldn't find an episode where the song would fit in.
i never pay attention to the videos on youtube. i just like the music and this is a very nice collection - I may be a 40 year old male but who cares. These songs are so cute i cant stop listening to them lol

The Manga never revealed Ryou's age. The only age he ever had was 16 and that was shown in the Playstation game guide.
Ichigo never liked Ryou in that way though. He didn't stand a chance with her Aoyama 24/7 mind.
Besides, it's nothing to yell at me about. I support all Mew Mew couples that have been hinted in the series. I'm sure the other couple AMVs I've done prove that.

That's because some fan put it up without knowing the right information(Basically hearing the song for the first time and guessing the title). You won't find the individual song because 4Kids put 3 songs on each CD track so you'd have to also type down the other 2 songs it goes with. In all the music downloading websites that have them(which I had to buy mine from) has the song listed as "Dance Another Day."

The comic was out in English since 2002, 3 years before MMP came on TV. They have the original Japanese names and such, which is why lots of fans new of all the changes in the anime dub. You can find it at your local bookstore that sells manga like Barnes and Noble or Borders.
I doubt it since it ended in Japan in 2003.
I know as much as I do because I got into Mew Mew right when it first came out. I bought the manga about 5 years ago and was watching the Japanese anime at around the same time.
This was my childhood anime, especially after purchasing Volume 2 of Tokyo Mew Mew.
Years later, I don't know if it will happen, but I planned on making a comic series heavily inspired by this, but with action, graphic scenes, sad death scenes, all while the story plot is also inspired by Batman: The Dark Knight
