- Hey guys~! I am soooooo sorry to keep you waiting~! Well, since I was thinking about my childhood, I decided to upload Mew Mew Power's OST! (or at least what I could find of it...) I would like to thank HikaYagami for providing most of the music and then other users who i found tracks from~! Mew Mew Power was a good show BUT i still prefer Tokyo Mew Mew :3

I really hope I'm not the only guy here who goes to tears every time I hear Dance Another Day. I couldn't believe myself, 20 years old, crying over Mew Mew Power.

Well, I only watched this for the first time as an adult.
I realise this comment is 7 years old, but as a fellow adult man, i can safely say it has me tearing up too. I really wish Dance Another Day and Don't Wake Me Up were longer as they're so good.
I forgot how badass Renee's transformation music was and still is. I am curious about how the dub would have played out. Music for both English dubs of Ojamajo Doremi and Tokyo Mew Mew was awesome! Need the high quality of all this music and inserts!
I'm actually in love with some language variants of TMM musics. Some of them can really sounds badass and cute the same time.
Even if the dub was terrible, the music is still really awesome ! ♥

I quite liked the dub! Apart from Mark's voice, ew. I hated it. But yeah, the music was really awesome :D
In general as well, I've heard way worse dubs on different TV shows than this one xx

Tonnia Linnen I watched tmm, it doesnt get the love its deserve, it is so much better than sailor moon. As an example, kisshu/dren is a very complex character at least for a kids show standard.
Mollie Weaver, who voiced Renee/Zakuro, sang Crush and Dance Another Day. Which is ironic, since Crush was used as a Bridget/Retatsu insert song, and Dance Another Day for Corrina/Mint.
Bree Sharp sang the rest of the insert songs. She was a writer for Magical DoReMi/Ojamajo Doremi, and sang another insert song in the Pokemon Destiny Deoxys movie.

I grew up with this dubbed version and I don’t see what’s wrong with it?? Like I’ve watched both the English and Japanese versions but I still prefer this one, tbh.
MMP was a bit cheesier and edited lots by 4kids but I did watch MMP and I liked it then watched TMM which I loved to see what happened because all 52 episodes didn't air.
The music does slap in MMP though
It was more that they cut out a lot of parts including Bridget's entire solo transformation and part of Renee's weapon and didn't even finish the show.

For all the faults of the dub, they still nailed the music! It's even better then the sub at times!

Ngl I wish Disney would pick up the anime. It would've been nice to hear the dub be completed too. But eh wishful thinking
Although, the Tokyo Mew Mew reboot gives me hope that it'll be dubbed fully this time! And maybe whoever dubbed it would go back to do a faithful adaption of the original TMM anime
Question for Aru , what exactly do you mean by the creators are rebooting Tokyo mew mew? Yes it would be nice if Disney would create this awesome show but sadly it's not to be.

season 1's dub was awesome, but season 2... sucked. sooooo... I watched it in Japanese with English subtitles on, and that was good enough for me! :D
They can't really, they did lose the rights to dub the second season so no more episodes could be made.
It would be been great though!
Didn't they both suck? I mean, I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure 4Kids had no idea what they were doing when they dubbed this anime. They started at episode 12.

Honestly if there's something about this dub that bothers me it's the fact they released the episodes out of order.
They dubbed Episode 12 as the first one because it was the first time the Mew Mews were seen as a group. However, due to the changes they made, it was never aired again and any episodes which were related in the JPN version were changed to not to be.
Anyone know the song that appears throughout the series in the background? it's the one with the short, clean guitar riff.

Well, it doesn't sound bad, but at the same time, not quite getting a "nailed it" vibe from this dub music.
The instrumental of Team Up is actually really nice.
Too bad the dubbing is just... ugh.
