    I stayed in La Punta a couple months ago and it was amazing. The Oaxacan coast it's an incredibly peaceful place, perfect to disconnect. It's also perfect to practice snorkeling and diving, can't wait to be back one day!

    secret? are you kidding me? As a resident since 2009 I can tell you this is very superficial, you don't happen to mention where the trash goes, that mexicanas get pay 200 pesos for the day and La Punta is already super expensive for most, we have problems with the water supply since the infrastructure is the same as in 1990´s when it really was a hidden spot, there's been a lot construction (cement) at the cost of cutting many wonderful trees, yes Is still beautiful, and I think you don't have a bad intention but this video doesn't help, if you loved the place, you will be doing us a favor if you take it down. Respect.

    Although its name translates as “Hidden Port,” Mexico's Puerto Escondido is no secret and has long been a favourite among surfers and backpackers. ... Puerto Escondido is definitely one of the best places to visit in Mexico.

    A secret is not a secret when you shout it to the world. I hope you consider the impact of posting videos like this. Puerto Escondido’s infrastructure, environment, and locals cannot the handle the skyrocketing growth created by videos and hype like this. I know your intentions are probably to share a beautiful place, grow your channel, and make a rad video, but this does not help Puerto Escondido.

    • @PranNarang
      @PranNarang  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes most of the places around La Punta and Zicatela are pretty touristy and definitely more expensive! I’ll be talking more about prices in the next video and where to find cheap local spots so hopefully that will give you some insight :)
