God is so good. this gave me goosebumps and made me tear up a little. I need to do do that very thing and I was just thinking this the other day too. I need to start getting a prayer life, read my bible more, and go to church! the worst part is I am stuck at work on Sundays and I truly hate it. I want to go to church and be apart of the body soooo much! please pray that God will have a mighty move and open this door for my family and me to go back to church.
You can read your bible and spend time with God any day, and you can also find church services on Saturdays, sometimes Wednesdays and other days... and yes, some great ministries are online! Just Ask God to lead you to the one he wants you to be apart of!
Watched this while gulping down my cereal before thinking off rushing out to work but felt immediately convicted to go up to my room and pray in my knees to our God almighty and awknowledge him, thankyou for this reminder of the importance of our relationship with him. What needs to be for the people, will be for the people and what needs to be between you and God, will be for the both you. Go to Himm to just purely be in his presence and he will guide. I remember years ago when I had just been a Christian maybe a year or 2, I felt so empty and lonely at the end of the day. I had listened to Christian music that day, read the bible, even talked *about* God, but then it hit me, I hadn't just been quiet and spent time *with* Him! Absolutely need it everyday.
There is nothing more important than relationship with God! It is so easy to get caught up in everyday life stuff, I recently took week off to spend time fellowship . Nothing compares to our private time with Him! Thank you for this message,God bless you!

If we do not Hide His Word in our hearts, sit at His feet, worship Him, love others and treasure the freedom to have even one Bible!!! We are missing the entire point of life completely! Pray for us, our hearts here in Northern California and Southern Oregon are grieving such loss of life and beauty of God's creation! Pray for the evil people who are the arsons involved. Hey Peter I'm only 16, but I really feel the Lord speaking to tell you something today, I think that's great and that you want to have your life planned out so soon, take the time of rest in God’s word, don't go so fast, God says be still and know that I am Lord, because if not you'll get so caught up trying to plan out your life or get so caught up in things that may not matter and forget that ultimately God is in control and not you, Know that he is Lord, Only he can show you what your future will be like, Keep planning and keep pursuing, but take rest and be still, don't forget who is in control, because God can totally change your course or take you through a season of uncertainty and When you don't know the future all you need to know is God because he knows all things

Nate, I believe you hit a very important point! This current quarantine is an optimal time for us to slow down and focus on what really matters. Our relationship with God, our family, church, and being a light in the darkness that is this world. People are frustrated because they can't go here and there and do what they're used to doing. However, rather than whine about it, like you you mentioned, James says that we are not supposed to boast about our plans, but rather say, "If God allows (e.g., "If it's God's will...")." The end is NOW! The time to connect with God, our family, friends, and a lost world is NOW! We need to be more faithful during this quarantine, seek God's face, grow in Him, and share His love with a dying world. We will be held accountable. Wow. Last night i read psalms 46:10 and felt God tell me to be still and know that He is God. This morning on my way to work the same verse came to my mind. This afternoon i watched this video and that word was confirmed.
Watching this 9 months later and the only time I’ve stayed still was watching this. I cried almost this entire video. I want to know more of him. I’ve been a Cristian my whole life but I feel like I know absolutely nothing yet of how good and how glorious he is! My recent job has taken a lot of time from me to being still. I seriously want to change myself. It’s not about what you do, it’s how you get to know him……..

Can I just say that right before clicking on this video I felt overwhelmed and angsty about all my school work. For some reason I looked out my window and watched the leaves flow through the breeze to gracefully, almost as if they didn't have a care in the world.. My mind automatically went to the Bible verse, "Be still and know that I am God". I didn't even try to think of this verse I didn't know why it just came to mind. I got up and decided to tackle on my school work but before doing so I just so happened to stumble on this video. As soon as you guys mentioned the Bible verse, "Be still and know that I am God" I knew the Lord was watching over me, he cares about my deepest worries and loves us all. This video was just a reaffirmation that he is with me, and that I need him in all aspects of my life. Thank you guys for sharing this video.

I needed this more than you guys know and I’m so thankful I found your guys channel. ❤️ God really spoke to me through this video, and it challenged me to be more intentional about spending time with Jesus. Recently starting college this fall has been incredibly overwhelming. I’ve founding myself worrying more about what’s to come, my grades, the cost of school, and caring about what everyone thinks than spending time with the Lord focusing on what He thinks. I read the Bible, but I don’t focus on it like I should. It’s like I know, but I’m so focused on everything I’m not allowing myself to just take in His presence. I greatly appreciate you guys and I’ll definitely be rewatching this as a reminder. Keep shining for Jesus because he is using you two in BIG ways!

Oh my goodness you guys I so needed this I’m a 16-year-old girl and my life It’s kind of really busy at the moment i’m homeschooled and I just Got my very first job ever working at a China buffet and I have church With church events coming up and I also dance and I’m a teacher assistant at the dance studio and I’m there almost every night and everything is all happening at once and I don’t know when I’m going to have time to do my schoolwork and I definitely needed to hear this I love you guys and God bless you❤️❤️

I started assistant teaching when I was around your age and was spending a lot of time in the studio too. Reading your comment takes me back. I still find myself getting so busy trying to keep up with the demands of life, and for a certain period of time don't spend enough time alone with God as I should, so I needed this video too. I understand your plate is overflowing, but I can see you want to make sure your spending time with Jesus. As I become more disciplined in spending more time alone with God and getting to know him more in prayer and Bible study I'm going to pray for you. God bless Stevie.

Can I just say that right before clicking on this video I felt overwhelmed and angsty about all my school work. For some reason I looked out my window and watched the leaves flow through the breeze to gracefully, almost as if they didn't have a care in the world.. My mind automatically went to the Bible verse, "Be still and know that I am God". I didn't even try to think of this verse I didn't know why it just came to mind. I got up and decided to tackle on my school work but before doing so I just so happened to stumble on this video. As soon as you guys mentioned the Bible verse, "Be still and know that I am God" I knew the Lord was watching over me, he cares about my deepest worries and loves us all. This video was just a reaffirmation that he is with me, and that I need him in all aspects of my life.

God really spoke to me through this video, and it challenged me to be more intentional about spending time with Jesus. Recently starting college this fall has been incredibly overwhelming. I’ve founding myself worrying more about what’s to come, my grades, the cost of school, and caring about what everyone thinks than spending time with the Lord focusing on what He thinks. I read the Bible, but I don’t focus on it like I should. It’s like I know, but I’m so focused on everything I’m not allowing myself to just take in His presence. I greatly appreciate you guys and I’ll definitely be rewatching this as a reminder. Keep shining for Jesus because he is using you two in BIG ways!
