I am sold on electrolysis... I do need someone to help me tweak the hair on my eyebrows. Problem is I need an artist... Someone who does great arches and who can make right and left similar..... Not all good electrologists are good at that.. Any suggestions? I'm in South Florida.
I’ve started eyebrows and this area is extremely sensitive to me and also causes acne post treatments. Can I use clindamycin (antibiotic) in between treatments ?
I have to say after seeing more videos with you, you are a beautiful soul :) I would like to ask you about electrolysis more question: are there side effects after electrolysis, is there possibility that it can cause something bad to my body? Does is not dangerous to do electrolysis on eyebrows(because it is close to the eyes)? Thank you! Greeting from Slovakia :)
Hi Aniss! Greetings from Los Angeles! I am so grateful to help you. And guess what? My husband's whole family are from Slovakia! They came to the US in 1968, and my husband was born here in the US in 1971! Cheers! The ONLY thing you need to consider when doing electrolysis is that you don't want galvanic current going into your system if you are pregnant. Why ? There is no proof that it could cause harm, but the substance formed with galvanic current is toxic to the tissues in a chemical way vs a heat way (when we are doing thermolysis), and it "could" be dangerous. Not a single proven issue for pregnant women, but something to consider. I ONLY do thermolysis when working on pregnant folks, including when I was pregnant with my daughter, who is now 14! I had electrolysis (thermolysis) on my bikini all the way through! So, for brows, I recommend thermolysis only. Mainly because it is faster and better for the hair stages that most eyebrow hairs grow in. This is a very long answer to your short question, but electrolysis will not harm your body. BUT, like with any procedure whatsoever, you want to make sure you are seeing the best possible person for the job. All my best to you!! nicole
Ohlala it so nice to read that! So your husband will turn 50 in 2021. Same as my mom! Its such a nice age, congrats! :) huge thanks for your time and such a long answer, it helped me a lot! I’m sending you a big hug Nicole. All the best to you and your family as well! :) Ďakujem, s pozdravom Aniss zo Slovenska(Thank you, best regards Aniss from Slovakia)
@@ElectroYogi where would you recommend galvanic current ? I have been doing electrolysis for over a month (face only - chin, sides and just started brows) and my lady uses thermolysis only. I’m curious when galvanic is best used? Also, love love love your videos… you truly are an amazing soul !!!
if you don't plan to do your eyebrows with electro, feel free to tweeze them. unfortunately, the sensitive nature of that skin makes those follicles so vulnerable that you can sometimes tweeze them and they'll never grow back (totally opposite with other parts of the face and body.)
@@ralphmelvin1046 Thank you, I switched the place that I am going to and after about 4 sessions I am noticing a big difference. I can’t believe how much money and time I wasted at the other place.
I haven't touched my brows since the start of the pandemic. Could I get electrolysis without waxing first? Then perhaps I could get rid of more hairs during each appointment and be done sooner?
hi patty, it all depends on how much hydration was in your tissues at the time of treatment. if your skin was very dry... or if it was over-treated by the electro, it could scab. normally you would see small dots, but they would not scab with proper aftercare. hope this helps.
Your videos are so helpful. Thank you. Like a big sister that has all the answers- there are literally no answers online besides for you. Thank u!!
Very good explanation.

Where are you located and how much
Can I pluck my eyebrows if I'm doing electrolysis on my chin and mustache?

I have been going every 3 weeks for a year and a half. So far still a lot of hairs popping up between sessions. Maybe it just doesn’t work for me?
Wax your eyebrows first
The place you're going to may not be using the right technique either there's different forms of electrolysis try the short wave

if you trust your electrologist to sculpt your brows the way you love them, then sure.
Hi can u please answer my question is it normal to have scab on face after Electrolosis thanks

Eyebrows don't take very long at all.. I got mine done now I don't look like Groucho Marx anymore 🤨
