This comeback makes me so emotional like all of them together for their 15-year anniversary despite some being from different companies. And the video being what all the girls have been doing outside of the group whether it’s modeling, promoting oversees, acting, DJing, etc it’s just so heartwarming to see as a SONE I love them!
They released this song exactly on their 15th years anniversary as a group. 3 of them are already in different companies but they worked hard and all agencies allowed them to be together and made full album this work process took them 5 years and now they come back dedicating this song to their fans 😭❣️ I'm still sobbing 😭❤️

SNSD is my ultimate group since 2009 and we waited 5 years for this album. They're all incredible busy individuals but they made it happen for SONE. It's hard to describe our feelings. This song and mv has references to their older releases and they used their debut song as sample. I don't know if you listened to album but i highly recommend it.

This MV is a story of how they traversed the last 5 years after their last group comeback during their 10th anniversary.

I’ve been a fan of them for a long time and seeing this made me so emotional. They got me through so much tough times when I was younger and seeing them now just showed me that we are forever 1
First,a group of soloists, musical artists, actresses, djs, hosts, businesswomen, endorsers, ambasadresses, chefs, authors, etc. to have all these successful individuals in one group is beyond incredible.
Secondly,I'm literally crying watching the MV. Been a sone since 2011 and I’m so happy to see them together again. And also the line distribution and vocals, my god! And you can also notice on the video their individual career. Happy 15th Anniversary to the Queens and the k-pop legendary Girl Group!

The story is kinda like ITNW where each member is doing their thing except in this they are all working their ass off like the real artist they are in real life (singer Taeyeon, DJ HYO, actress Yoona, jetsetting Fany, musical actress Seohyun, modelling Yul, superstar Sunny and Soo). But of course they still come together as SNSD, as one!】
This 7th album is trully a gift for sones (GG fandom name), this song itself is a 15 years history or a resume from all of their hit songs, the clues is everywhere in the mv and everything. They also display their individual activities as they pursuing their own dreams such as singers, musical, actress, model, DJ, etc but they are still the one. They talk about themself and also their bonds with fans (sones). They kept their promise to fans that they will comeback as one from last 2017 and they make it happen, it's not easy because they all very busy with their individual career and 3 of them no longer under the same agency, this kind of things never happen as far as I know.

The song is a gift to their fans SONE because not only are Girls Generation forever1 with each other but they are forever1 with their fans as well. No matter what they do or how far apart they all are they are still all one. Also the bridge part has a sample of their debut song 'Into the New World' in it. I think "healing" is a good way to describe how I feel about this comeback in particular and Girls' Generation as a whole. I found them as an adult in the middle of some really dark times many years ago and they have carried me through. Whenever I felt down, their funny moments comps were my medicine and to this day typing "SNSD Way To Go live" into YT's search field is my first instinct when I'm feeling down. It still works. "Forever 1" and all the activities that come with it make me smile a lot. I feel home.

I really did tear up when the bridge came and I heard ITNW in the background. I became a fan right when they dropped Party so it was a little bit before they went to do solo stuff but ugh I missed them so much. 😩 they all look so beautiful and healthy and they were just glowing and melting my heart.

They, at many points during my teenage phase and early 20s, were my happiness and joy. My bias, Yuri (the actress and model one, the one near the end you said winked at you while singing a high note) was and still is my energy.
I just feel happy whenever i watch their videos or listening to their songs. This one song you reacted to is a gift for us SONEs. It's waay more meaningful than just a comeback song. SNSD’s Forever1 is produced by Kenzie, who also produced NCT Dream’s Hello Future. If I’m not mistaken you reacted to SNSD’s debut song ‘Into The New World’ last time, right? ITNW (also produced by Kenzie) is sampled in Forever1’s bridge!! I missed that when I first listened to this song because the singing was more notable than the instrumentals but you’ll definitely get what I mean if you try to listen closely. Anyways what I’m trying to say here is that KENZIE IS A GENIUS PRODUCER I LOVE HERRRRR. The bright songs that she produced are just 💋💯

There was often a few songs that I didn’t like from their previous albums, so my list of fav kpop albums ever didn’t have an SNSD album before. Take all the time you need to catch up with our soshi they deserve to be listened. SNSD/Girls' Generation is a home for us, is our childhood we grow up with them and it feels amazing. The succesful of them is bc we love each other as a family and bc they're their own biggest fan/SONE. This mv makes references for their previous songs overall with Into the new world.
