How people going to see that they have AGA, don't want to lose anymore hair and not do anything about it? Finasteride is easily accessible now and on it despite experiencing no hairloss
It would help but it wouldn’t make a significant difference. Once a day works well because the half life of the drug covers you for about 22 hours. It’s also hard to keep up twice a day so we always tell patients 1 time a day is more than fine. Ideally we’d also want you on oral medication for hair loss and our preferred medications are to give patients both oral Minoxidil and Dutasteride
Yes, it's possible for topical minoxidil to cause heart palpitations in some people but rare. Minoxidil was originally developed as an oral medication for high blood pressure, and one of its effects is to widen blood vessels, potentially lowering blood pressure. But when you use topical Minoxidil it is generally minimal compared to oral ingestion as the dose level is super low and unlikely to get into your blood stream to cause systemic issues. You can always try topical and if you experience any side effects you can stop the medication.
@@drkopelman that's interesting, thanks for letting me know. i asked because im on bisoprolol for tachycardia and feel very sensitive to any palpitation so I'm hyper aware of any potential cardiac issue. but im still considering it!!!

hello sir what do you think of dutasterid as a hairloss treatment
Dutasteride topically or injected into the scalp is more effective in blocking DHT compared to finasteride
minoxidil can cause heart palpitations? thats my #1 fear ughguhgh
Hair is important than heart bro🙂
