Giant -- September 28, 2015

Giant Geyser eruption as seen on the streaming webcam. Second largest active geyser in the world. Previous reported eruption was January 22, 2010 -- interval of 5years 250days
At the start of this video, Oblong is erupting. The Giant Hot Period is going at 0503 (possibly Mastiff). Giant appears to start about 0506 or 0507. but it is hard to tell for certain.

+420Ninja No one was on hand for the start of Giant, however several people saw the waning steam cloud, and several observers went down to double check that it had erupted, which it became quiet obvious it had. The large 10+ pound log sign that was in front of Giant had been rolled all the way under the viewing platform, and the platform itself was completely soaked despite the clear conditions throughout the evening. The "Danger, keep off" sign had also shifted as well.
