Yes, it was really fantastic. I took the walk for about 10 minutes a day. My son and his family are planning to move from England to Houston on a job assignment for a few years. I thought this would be one way to get to see Houston. I'll be coming over too, to visit them every year. Thanks so much.
OK, that was kinda jarring, after watching back to back to back SoCal beach jounts. TREES and lush GREEN all over, and so much WATER not in a massive, salty ocean. Good stuff. Also my first grackle sighting in more than 2 years. I figured they didn't come out this far East. I was wrong.
Also, you need to check out our museum district. There's 18 museums in all, ranging from art, science, health, the Holocaust and even one for the kiddos (my late grandparents took me there a lot when I was younger).
12:03 U pass a sign that CLEARLY says “No swimming, waddling, or fishing” Period. Later at 13:20 Ignorant guy (possibly demoquack 😌) fishing w/ the sign saying “No swimming or waddling.” When the sign before that one, said “No fishing.” Soooooo technically.... no fishing there either. 😒 Just bc it didn’t say in that particular sign, doesn’t mean it doesn’t apply to u or there. 🤦🏻♀️ Guess what? 😌 It does. 😏

This is so peaceful and so relaxing. I miss my kids being little. All they ever wanted to do was go to a park or feed the ducks...❤❤

Our answer to Central Park, I guess. Did you ride that train that goes around the whole park? I have, several times.

Is the city always so quiet?
